Well if his next project is Man Furismo Jive, why is he doing an advert the size of a building for Move??

I hope were not just going to get a whole conference pushing Move and GT5 is left as an after thought.

Another funny thing to see is the number of lurkers viewing this thread, looks like we aren't the only ones to be hyped for E3. :D

Loeb was slower than Tresson? This is another thing to praise in GT, the only place in which you can actually be faster than real hero drivers. :D This is just like beating KY in the TT demo, awesome.

He is now a figurehead of Sony. GT5 isn't the only thing he is promoting. I've seen tons of commercials of him and other Sony games (Uncharted comes to mind first).

How epic would it be if they made a character model of Kevin Butler and Translator-San for GT5?!!! I would love driving online as Translator-San in a suped up civic with like 600hp.

Loeb had only one lap though, I think he'd have done a lot better with a few.

Yeah I suppose, I just remember how this all went last year. I remember the video of the GT booths all set up the day before and and how excited everyone was. We got pretty much zip the next day.

I know its pretty much certain to be much better this year but there has been so many let downs over the last year my glass is half empty.

It looks like the mobile version on my iphone... But worse :ill: The button section for News. Forums. etc looks somewhat simple and .... cheap :guilty: I'm sorry for my harsh critique but i thought the old version looked better honestly. Just one persons opinion though :) please continue.

Besides the footage we were able to shoot from the GT5 demo at Le Mans (coming soon in the appropriate topic), I noticed something interesting on the Sony stand : There was only room for GT5, GT5, GT5... wait no. In a little corner of the showfloor, there was a playstation move demo. Coïncidence ? I asked a Sony executive who answered me with a smile that everything would be answered at E3.

Pretty significant to me...

will there be a wheel/game combo bundle? or is that too early to know for certain? or should i just buy a dfp when gt5 gets released?

the forum suddenly looks really differently too.

And there was me hoping for more info on the Move.......seriously thanks, this is the best piece of info since that 908 Hdi FAP demo.
Fully geared up now for E3 announcements, this place will hopefully go bananas the next few days.......:)👍

No word yet, as we know nothing about the release yet nothing has been announced about bundles and such.
 
Just some more hours, and we'll know for sure many things we've been wondering for months ( years..cough ). We've been wandering in these forums for long years GTPers, but now our waiting is finally going to be relieved with tons of new info and a media blowout. :)

GT5 is finally ready to rock, and I can't even believe I'm finally saying this. It's unusual....

by the way, I know it's offtopic, but I like the new GTP layout. :gtpflag:
 
It seems to me that there have been too many hints from sony this time around for there not to be BIG news on GT5.

Im liking the new look of gtp aswell. I just hope the forums are as active after release as they are now.

But seriously, it's looking good, we should get a lot of new info.
 
I'm going to go ahead and say this now, I'm willing to bet the release date is between July 12th and the end of August.

No, I didn't read this anywhere, just putting some factors together and it seems like that would be the most logical time.

I think it'll be October. Closer to the holidays. A lot of time to hype it up, advertise it and what not.
