GT5 Master Car List (NOT a wishlist - Please read first post)

I'd like the LFA regular and Nurb edition, plus the Ferrari 599GTO. I know the regular 599 is in it, since its been in prologue and vids, plus the enzo, so I'm hoping they include some ferrari race cars, maybe the 575GT1 car to go against that DBR9 that's been rumored to be in it.

According to GTPlanet's guide, there's a whopping 9 '05 cars in GT4 (one of which was a concept). A lone '06 in the Eclipse, which was questionable anyways since it was based clearly off the concept.

Excluding the Nascars, there's less than that in GT5 so far if you replace '05 and '06 with '10 and '11. I'm not expecting a lot more from these two years as much as I'm hoping for more between '05 and '09, but then again, there's a whole lot of noteworthy cars released in the last 12 months alone, so I guess we'll see.

Agreed. Though it seems even worse for GT5.

I hope the Ferrari 512BB LM, 360/430 Stradale/Scuderia, FXX, 599GTO, F50, 250TR, 510 Superamerica Ghia, 355 spyder/Berlinetta, Daytona, 250 GTO are in, knowing other Ferraris are too.

This isn't a wishlist you know, if I wanted to express which Ferrari classics I hope were in I would need a whole page.
This is only a thread to discuss and add cars already confirmed.

How hard is it for some of you to notice its not a wishlist? Stop with the "I hope this is in" posts for goodness sake. Thats what my wishlist is for(assuming its a race car).

The problem with the existing wishlists is, the chances are every car anyone can think of is already on it, so people can't post what cars they are hoping are in, because that is against the rules of those threads. General wishlist threads aren't allowed, they just get closed. I don't know why, because looking at the main wishlist threads (Whether it be cars, race cars or tracks - The tracklist is probably the worst for it) is just a list of cars that the game doesn't have, which is fairly pointless to be honest.

At least if everyone can post what cars they want then you get an idea of which cars are more popular and desirable amongst the community, so they can prioritise which ones to include in the game. Like I stated, you can't do this in the existing threads.

Maybe it's because it's so far on in the development cycle, wishlists like that become redundant to a certain extent because they don't have time to fit them in. But i've been on this forum, maybe 2 years now (Active for around a year or so) and they have always been banned.
 
Wishlist or not, we know certain cars will be in it. LFA will be in it, I don't see why there won't be the Nurb' edition. And since the 599 is in it, I don't see why the GTO won't be in it. If they do go and add more ferrari's I would think they'd include race cars. And the DBR9 is said to be in it, the GULF edition. So that's a FIA GT/LeMans car- a ferrari equivalent would be the 550/575GT1

It's not a :censored:ing wishlist if I, (or anyone else), asks or wonders if the Audi R8 GT (or another car) will be in GT5. It's a question. It's not necessarily a wish. It's not a crime to talk about cars that aren't confirmed yet. It's just natural progression from a car that has been confirmed, to a variation or a newer model of a car that has a real chance to be in the game.

Now, back to your regular scheduled program. :)

Oh, and I hope the Audi R8 GT is in GT5.

Our definitions of wishlists are different, then. People saying "I hope X car is in" is essentially the same as "I wish X car was in". That, and by your own definition, it should be a question.

I do agree that variations have a higher likelihood of being in the game than say, a completely new car. But if this thread is about what's confirmed, and filled with "I hope" responses, it's degrading into yet another wishlist.

Then again, it's a lull in news for the game, so we're all looking for things to talk about. EDIT - I see what Seismica is getting at, and I do agree some community discussion about what cars we all want wouldn't hurt, but this isn't the thread for it. :)
 
If you're wondering if a certain car is in the game, look at the list on the first page. If it's not there, then no one knows if it's in the game and there's no point discussing it until we get some actual info. Whether a car has a chance of being in the game has nothing to do with this thread. It's for cars that have in some way been confirmed to be in the game and nothing more.
 
Altho this could go on my wishlist, I'm going to ask if there is any historic 1960's F1, F2, F3, Formula Ford etc either confirmed or has a high chance of being in the game?

I haven't followed the development of GT5 as much as some.

Haha, that's definitely NOT PD's work. The dude who made that sucks, seriously. The shape is off, and what a misuse of polygons! Some areas lacks them and some are over-filled with them! :scared:
