Ah yes, I remeber now. Think I got that mixed up with the tracks

I never said it wasn't official, I mentioned it as we haven't had a set exact number. So my point(well question really) is this: Exactly how far over 1,000 is it?

Although if you take out most of the Skylines and Evos then you will get about 640.

Oh, Sorry. My guess is 1025-1100 cars then GT6 will have 1,500...

They might include another category like semi-premium or something.
Great, more tiers - no thanks!

They may also just make the cars very similar in terms of detail. As far as we know what would the difference be? It may not be anything to worry about.
But there is a clear difference between standard and premium cars - that's why they are separated into two tiers in the first place. 💡

I just bought a driving force GT steering wheel and its GREAT!

I'm going to start GT5P all over again now wooooooo:dopey::dopey::dopey:

How can a simple shortening be insulting just because people used the term in WWII. 👎
To me it's not insulting. It's a simple goddamn shortening.
So if i shorten "Paint Shop Pro" is that insulting too?

I never knew...

Seriously though, just chill out guys.

I just had to shorten words cause i was out of time okay?
DON'T rip my head off OKAY?

Thank you! Now...on-topic.

Yeah, -anese takes a long time to type and why would you care if it's offensive right? As that term you used doesn't describe you and a term coined during WW2 is so old it has therefore automatically lost its meaning....

I'm reacting purely for the way you reacted, if you didn't know the offensiveness of this word and typed it unwittingly as a shortening you could have simply apologized and could be forgiven for not knowing.
But the reactions you gave are just plain ignorant and may explain the lack of historic knowledge you made clear.

Exactly who was ripping your head off? I simply gave you a friendly warning to not use that term because believe or not, its still offensive despite its age. You apparently aren't familiar with the part in the AUP that prohibits the use of racial slurs. And the remark about how "to me its not insulting" is simply ignorant.

Anything can be insulting to anyone, regardless of meaning or topic.

For instance do not be insulted and prompted to reply to the sentence above, or this one, I'm not intending for anyone to respond because...

This is off topic!

Anyway back on topic, thought these should be in the list as seen some footage of them in GT5, I will try and find it again and post it on here.

154: Ford RS200 Rally Car '85

At a first glance the idea of a semi-premium tier is weird, but if you take into consideration the older Countach which is a Standard car, it might be possible. There weren't any Lambos in GT4 and they must have modeled the exterior of the Countach to a premium level, even if the interior is "missing" ( Not actually 1:1 modelled ). I would call it a semi-premium car too.

We know this one is standard...

But I hope this one is premium...

Ok, maybe not, but it would be ridiculous to make a crappy model, just to rework it for the next games. Seriously, there might be a decent quality level on the non-ported Standard models, or maybe there isn't, but it still a possibility.

And Zonda_Guy, the old one looks way better in my opinion.

I was also starting to wonder if there could be another tier to the cars maybe classic ?
so you would have
classic
Standard
Premium

5 tiers

semi standard

semi premium

super premium

Oh. I didn't know that. thanks.

that's why the DeLorean had rear engine, but DeLorean was the idiot that swapped out the awesome Citroen Wankel rotary engine for a crappy Renault V6. I mean...who swaps a Wankel engine for a Renault V6. That's literally like trading your RX-8 for a Renault Megane.
