Indy=Indianapolis

And I have a sneaking feeling the Top Gear track might get some grass added to what we've seen so far....

Unfortunately Indy turned out not to be true.

Yeah, It looks like the last turn of Clubman Stage R5, when the road is going up towards the main straight.

Or it's the 180° turn, in the middle of Special Stage R5.

20 locations means that there will be 20 different enviroments or countries in game. There could be more than 100 different tracks in this enviroments. Am I right?

20 locations, 100 +/- tracks which includes regular and reverse. Also there might be half tracks (where only some parts of the tracks will be used) or full tracks.

Yes I read that article. To be quite honest, I really dont care at this point. Kaz can worry about that during the GT6 development. I just want GT5 to be on gamers hands already.

Warning: this video may not be legit, one of many videos popping up today. What track is this?

(youtube link seen in Neogaf forums)

That's Cape Ring - Inner Loop (green track in the image below).
Several weeks ago we've seen more in detail the layout of the South variation (in red)

So there should be the following variations:

- South
- North
- Inner Loop
- Outer Loop
- Long

Excellent work Akira, as usual.
Keep it up, we need you here ;)

A lap takes about 1:15, with an average speed of 70-80mph for that car.
1.6 miles maybe? It will be the shortest variation of the lot, and probably designed as a beginner track, the outer circuits should be more interesting, with some elevation changes in there.

Yes the video shows the inside section of that map. The top half was guessed based on a very small blurry image, so the corners aren't quite right.

Left hand side has lines marking out the double hairpin, with yellow pitlane entrance/exit markers leading to a second pitlane for the long straight on the south course.
