I found the Demo in a Bestbuy in Knoxville, TN.

My impressions so far (I will try and find another one this weekend and try to play a little longer):
Graphics:
It was displayed on a smaller TV (probably 26") and was displayed in 1080i. It was a little grainy at times, but I think it might have been the TV and because it was 1080i (1080i always looks a little grainy to me). The TV had seen better days and had a muti-color line running across it. The graphics still did look better than anything I have seen. It does not make GT5P look bad, but it is better and seems to run smoother and flow better (especially in cockpit view). The "Ring" looks amazing!! The '69 Corvette interior is not as dark as it looks in that one video in Madrid when it looked bland, but it is nicely detailed, as was all cockpits. The cars looked very nice, but the colors looked a little off, but I blame that on the TV once again. Overall, the graphics blew me away!
Physics:
I don't think I can give the best review on the physics because of using the controller, but I will tell what I did experience. I drove the '69 Vette on the "Ring", professional and no traction control. It didn't seem like it did have the ABS activated (which was good with a controller), as the brakes never locked up. The car felt predictable, but touchy at the same time, which is exactly what I would expect from a 40 year old muscle car. To me, it felt like in between the TT and GT5P. It did not feel as slick as the TT did, but felt like the car was more connected to the road. I liked the feeling of it, the best I could tell. I will leave final judgement, though, when I have the final game in my PS3 and with my G25. I also had a go with the Nascar (I almost tried it on the "Ring", but I wanted to see how it handle on it's natural course). I set it to professional and no traction control. The car felt good, but almost felt like it had too much grip, compared to Nascar simulators I used to play on the PC. I slide up the track a little coming out of turn 2 at Indy, and got spun out, so I thought I would turn around and check out the damage. I hit Carl Edwards head on (which tickle me, since I can't stand him), and the car looked pretty messed up, and would not go over 122-123 mph after one hit. I don't really think I had enough time to really judge the physics on either car to give the game a score on that aspect, so I will hold judgement until Nov 2, which can't get here soon enough.
So to conclude: I thought the graphics looked great, a little grainy, but I still think that was the TV. I liked the physics, the best I could tell, but will leave final judgement to Nov. 2.
