This may already have been posted somewhere in this thread or another thread but I'm going to post it nevertheless.

I think that these tracks are going to be in GT5!

* Monza

* Spa

* Zolder

* Nürnburg

* Brands hatch

* Moterey

* Silverstone

* Shanghai

* Estoril

* Jerez

* Magny-Cours

* Sonoma

* Daytona Beach

* Imola

* Hockenheim

I know but I didn't find the right forum to put it in. If you allow me to show my source of speculation, I'll put it in this thread and you can decide to put these tracks in your list or not as a maybe in GT5.

:)

The only maybes I feel should come from established sources, such as courses PD's been seen taking photographs of or surveying, or has made preliminary deals with.

On My page in GT5p you can see what kind of weather it is at certain places. These place are all names of tracks: Monza, Spa, Zolder, Nürburg, Brands Hatch, Monterey, Motegi, Silverstone, Shanghai, Estoril, Jerez, Suzuka, Sonoma, Tsubuka, Daytona Beach, Fuji, Hockenheim, Monte Carlo. All these tracks are mentionned. So, I guess that these tracks are in GT5. Why else would PD implement these tracks on the main page of GT5p.

We can't say for sure, as this has been discussed before. I'm not gonna take those just yet.

I think Valencia Street's already up there.

Problem with that is these don't necessarily name the tracks. Infact, there are no tracks called Monte Carlo, Sonoma, Monterey, or Daytona beach. Just because there is the city of Hockenheim, Germany doesn't necessarily garantee that "Hockenheimring" will be present. Likewise, just because there is the town of Monza, Italy doesn't confirm that "Autodromo Nazionale Monza" will be there. As cool as it would be, we shouldn't jump to conclusions just yet. besides, this actually should be discussed in the GT5 discussion thread, not the "Wishlist" thread.

Jim Prower, I have discovered that Talheimring is actually a Austrian circuit so its in Austria.

Circuito Vasco Sameiro, Portugal

I think they should include Wacker Drive, in Chicago, so you can have fun recreating the chase scene from The Blues Brothers. :lol:

Include it as part of a circuit, and we'll talk. REQUIREMENT: must be more technical than Seoul. Prefer something Seattle Circuit grade or better.

Well of course it would be a circuit, they could have you going through downtown Chicago, but they could make it a BIG city course, which we don't really have yet.

I could, but I don't really know what a good route would be through Chicago since it's such an enormous city.

Another one for New Zealand (I'm surprised it han't been mentioned yet): the Hamilton Street Circuit, which gets used for racing for the first time this weekend.

Well, if you're going to include the Springfield Mile, shouldn't you also include the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds "Magic Mile". A.J. Foyt still holds the record for most wins there.

The Swedish touring car championship will have run on some new pavement in Gothenburg, Sweden. The temporary citytrack is called "Eco Drive Arena", is 1650m long and has 12 corners.
A pic:

That actually looks like a halfway decent circuit (not big on the chicanery, but what else can you do with such limited space), especially with the majority of the lap run with water to one side.

Jeez I would want to spin off on Gotenburg looks like you could get a bit wet. soft landing but drowned?

A track I have not seen mentioned is Prescott and probably many other hill climbs (you did include Shelsley Walsh)

http://www.prescott-hillclimb.com/

Small tracks but hillclimbing is where some of the cutting edge racing is done. Makes F1 look like overpaid Prima Donnas...Oh sorry they are aren't they? :dopey:

I would love to check my own times against course records (OK I can but dream) and maybe one day I too can try it out in the Bugatti Veryon.

Others include
Harewood and go here for a guide to most tracks http://www.hillclimbandsprint.co.uk/trackguides.htm

-> Look what I found at Jalopnik:

-> Article link here.

^ Rumors has it that this will be the US version of the Dunsfold Air Base for Top Gear USA, it has been digged out from Google Earth/Map. I think the real course is on the pending status, but at least I got the request first. ;)

If they're going to replicate the TG test track, why not make it an actual circuit? Jim Prower, I think you can bold/redden the Nordschleife now:
