GT5 Secret parts compatibility car list and descussion

So I'm assuming that since there items were acquired... ok item manipulation somehow? That using them is forbidden, but discussing using them isn't? I'm confused, and would love a stage 4 and 5 lightening and stage 5 turbo, have almost every car for trade.

Hahaha you say they are forbidden yet you want some. I dont know why yall are still cring about said parts. If PD was that worried about said parts they would have delt with them on patch 2.12.

I think they can't.

Deleting those parts is like deleting ALL tuning parts. So we would only be aable to run stock cars.

Well they deleted the JP Flag X1. So thats like saying "Ohh doing that they would be deleting all X1's!"

The '42 & 44 VW military vehicles will take stage 5 weight reduction as well as the racing cat and triple clutch. The Schwimwagen gets up to 120 HP. So far every car I have tried will take the racing cat ( really changes the exhaust note), the triple clutch and the 4 pot big brakes. Most all will take stage 4 weight reduction as well. The list in the OP is very good for the stage 4 turbos. The others are still trial and error. It seems that only the Hondas will accept stage 4 engine tuning.

Please don't ask me for these parts. Maybe once I have finished testing I may offer them at that point. Also we don't know how this fall under the Sony/PD ban on Hybrids because these parts do allow for increases in performance that would otherwise not be possible in the game. The parts are out there and there are many who did not take the 2.12 update and many who "deleted" their game data to get back to 2.11. I have not because there are things being traded that I am still interested in. Once I no longer need these items I will also go back to 2.11 and wait for GT6.

As far as I know, the HP multipliers don't work - I would advise against using them.

Also, Stage 5 weight reduction works on every car that can have Stage 4 weight reduction (and hence any car that can have Stage 3 weight reduction installed).

What about Nitro? I know it doesn't actually work (the nitro part,that is) but it DOES add a lot of HP. I installed it on a Golf,but I didn't notice anything different. Does the HP not actually apply in races,do I need to tune my transmission,or did the 2.12 patch disable it?

Nitrous doesn't do anything as there is no button allocated to nitrous. It puts a whole bunch of bhp on the car but doesn't work.

If I recall correctly, the HPA R32 can have an ultra-high RPM turbo, but it actually decreases the HP by quite a lot (and makes an already questionably practical car almost completely unusable because of the enhanced turbo lag)

Just tried out the 4-piston brakes, don't work for the 05 or 07 Mustang GTs, so that's not all, neither do the 6-piston

Absolutely nothing if I recall correctly. You cannot set a button on your controller to activate it.

I think they intended to have it configurable, but they probably were rushed to the deadline (after nearly 6 years remember), so they just left it out.

Actually if you put it on a car it gives you amazing power
I put it on a stock GTR and from 480hp gone to 15650hp
Ive seen a difference with ultra or super high rev turbo in cars that rev more than 9500rpm and not in all of them
The special tyres make the biggest difference of all the items
