600x-1

That is right folks. You can now drive the Shelby Cobra on the Nurburgring at night, in the rain, with you move controller (+whatever the hell this thing is... sold separately)

Sony's just let slip that it's set to release a steering wheel add-on for its move controller, and if that's not enough to excite you maybe this will: it also doubles up as a set of handlebars with which you can control a virtual bike.
If that doesn't excite you maybe a look at the device wheel - it's an odd contraption that places the Move controller at its centre, and it also includes a full set of buttons as well as boasting force feedback. There are paddle shifters for when it's in racing configuration, and twistable throttle controls for when you're on your bike.

The Move Racing Wheel, as it's officially dubbed, supports LittleBigPlanet Karting, Gran Turismo 5 and a handful of other racing games.

I hope you sarcasm detector was on when reading the title...

meh
No FFB
TBH.Just looking at that pic it gives me headache thinking of how much of a head ache it would be to use it.

Exactly how will this improve the game, rather than a cheaper way of being more realistic with out a FFB wheel and pedals? Seems like Sony trying to push move systems to make up for lost revenue on a franchise that is one of their biggest money makers.

Sony, always @!*($#*@ the Polyphony Digital development time with garbage.

Let me guess? More 3-4 months to make this work with GT5? Or maybe 2 more years to get a Tourist Trophy HD port just to sell some controllers.

Oh God. :(

Given that it can function as a normal controller, and the fact that there's a Move controller, I'm going to predict that it costs well over $100. For that price, you can probably get a nice Logitech Driving Force GT, so why would anybody want this?

Its just a gimmick if you ask me. Not very practical at all. When I first saw the OP, I thought it was some kind of joke, lol.

Ohh good, just another reason to further dumb down the game so it can work with that POS...

Seriously, we are in 2012.
Dont you tell me PD just created a Mario Kart wheel /sigh.
Thank god we'll have twistable throttle controls now, i'm soo excited .

WTF!

Hold on a moment, if GT5 is trying to give us console racers a true driving experience, then what is this tacky piece of cr@p!?!?!

At what point will this give you even a remote wheel experience? It's one thing to have the action of a wheel (steering) but any true wheel users will tell you, its all about the feedback, that extra element that connects you to your virtual car/road

This attachment offers nothing to no one in this community really, even if I didn't have the space for a wheel or the funds to buy one I'd stick to the DS3, not this disembodied wii wheel-a-like! It's up there with Kinect for offering a driving experience!

Ok rant over!

While I don't (and probaly will never) have the Move I gotta admit that'll be epic for games that feature Motorcycles. Though I don't think there are any of those anymore as the MX vs ATV & ATV Offroad Fury franchises are done & I doubt we'll see another TT game anytime soon. Wait totally forgot about the Moto GP/SBK games... Meh...

It'll be over sensitive and cost around as much as I paid for my steering wheel. You're better off just looking for a cheap steering wheel. Even if it doesn't have ffb.
