Riley & Scott Mk III
Cadillac Northstar LMP
Audi R15 TDI
Audi R18 TDI
Renault Sport Mégane Trophy
Pontiac G8 GXP

Nice list. I'd love to see more LMP models. Make the Audi R18 the etron quattro and add the Toyota TS030-HYBRID, both 2013 versions, and I'd be delighted.

Let me get philosophical for a minute...

Gran Turismo is as much an automotive encyclopedia as it is a game; every car has a full and detailed description, and then there's the surprisingly interesting Museum Cards.

If you look at the car lists, you find a select 'iconic' cars - so instead of having a full fleet of identical LMPs, we're given the 908 and R10, the pioneers of diesel-powered endurance prototypes. There are rule benders-and-breakers like the Chapparal 2J and the Group A Toyota Celica rally car. There's the large aftermarket scene with companies like HPA and RE Amemiya. And as far as I know GT5 is the only game to feature Ferrari F1 cars in the same stable as some vintage WWII machinery.

This diversity is what make GT what it is and there are no other games that I get that feeling from.

Um, it's "Chrysler" not chrisler. Anyway, what about these Chrysler cars?

Okay, this chrysler isn't good looking, but it's unique.
1995 Chrysler Atlantic Concept

The upper one looks a little like a z4, not a fan of that car either.

Not into classics either.

The lower one looks pretty nice, something you don't normally see in terms of design.

Still, the mp hypercar looks like their best design by far so far.

Also Chrysler does have some decent looking cars, not great but decent. a lot of ugly ones as well. Mercedes and BMW have far better designs in general, probably the best of all normal cars (meaning non super/hypercars).

Meh, we all have different opinions. I prefer Ford to chrysler anyway.

Why? Because Mexico, and it's the car I learned to drive with.
It'd be my starter car for sure.
Also: Complete with un-painted bumpers.

GranTurismo916
The Jaguar XJ.

Oh yes, the latest one. Thanks for correcting me on that one.

The latter has the same 5.0L power plant found in the Range Rover which includes the supercharged version. It produces 400+ horsepower. :D

I wanna see this Audi Daytona Prototype concept

The top image is far from a concept. It is a painfully crude render by AutoSport and will not be in GT6 as it is not real. I imagine that the actual thing will look superior to this too.

The second image I am pretty sure is an early render for the Audi R18 TDI. I recall seeing it a few years back.

I would love to have the Audi R18 e-tron quattro and Toyota TS030-HYBRID.

It's cool seeing the "Gran Turismo" banners on all the 2013 Super GT cars. I hope we get every single race car( bar the 911's) in the field.
