Only complication I didn't mention before was world wide same day release... Any miss step by an assistant and we are opening pal disks in the us... :P
Pal and NTSC are irrelevant now, thankfully, due to the advent of digital high definition tv.
and, as another member said before, PS3 games are region free (unlike movies)
Though, if there was a really stupid shipping error and e.g. Europe got ESRB rated US copies, there could be a tiny problem.
Keep in mind though, discs for different regions are pressed in different regions, European discs in Austria, US discs in the US, Japanese in Japan.

It would have to be gold by now, absotively posilutely. They'll need at least 1-3 hundred thousand discs ready to go for first shipment.

My understanding on this was Dec 2 for GT6 going gold

I think the biggest tell it's not delayed; a certain event in Spain is still looking at all green lights...

Also after seeing the GT6 ad on TV here just put up on the weekend (Oz) is a strong indication that it will be here as per advised. I am pretty certain Kaz and PD will want another delay with GT6 and get the good ol round of "I told you so...Kaz and his dates and delays and dates and more delays"

Don't worry : GT6 is gold.

Next Monday there will be an event in Spain, the game is in pre-order on the PS Store and Sony started broadcasting ad.

I am sure they are down to working on the day one patch. I will probably do a midnight purchase and allow the game to update over night. By morning I can get a few races in before going to work.

If you zoom out on your browser there is now 2 Kaz'z printing at once , somebody clone another Kaz!

Zoom out? You need to get on that 1080p!

Also, latest news article pretty much confirms it's gone gold.
