One is from the Le Mans Series and one is from the Nurburgring 24 Hours.

Thank's to this "leak" I know... that I won't buy it until it becomes cheaper. There's not a single one new road Audi model. Where is the new R8 plus, RS7, RS5 etc. Where are the classics like the quattro, Sport quattro or the first RS4 B5? Well.. the same goes for many more brands as well.
Tope Gear track was very imprortant to me.. but I thought that at least this time there will be more intresting premium cars. I was wrong :(
First GT5 and now this.. 2 massive disappointments in the row from PD :(

They have the same amount of HP and PP so I would really like to know too.

And while people are at it I have this to say too.

Same question goes to the Veyron. Still see we have too many Elise. SLR McLaren which should just be the most recent one, rather than both. Same with the Huayra, Clio RS '02 and the Lutecia same with Phase to variants and 24V versions. Don't understand the need for Opel and Vauxhall when you look at the cars just being the same with name changes.

Daihatsu dupes, Honda dupes, Lexus dupes, Hyundai?, Mazda dupes, Nissan dupes, Toyota dupes, Ford GT dupes. So what is sad is that now the inflation/bloated numbers is shown more so than last game when they were hidden via UCD. For all these groups they have a license with they could have replaced a dupe with a much newer car, even if it adds more time.

Disappointed in no ZL1 Camaro, or updates to Infiniti as well as Holden and AU Ford. However, it's not all sour grapes I do have this to say...

Likes:

Expansion on Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Genesis 3.8 finally, LFA Nurburgring, RX500, Suzuki updated Pikes peak cars, new GM adds, new Chrysler adds (SRT Viper), new Ford adds. All the base models.

Love: Pozzi Camaro, Red Devil Camaro, 86 race car finally and especially the FXX and Huayra. PD has given so recognition to car builders and specialty stuff that I've come to respect and love more with each GT. However, I'm still disappointed in what I'm seeing and until I play the game I've only come a few click above the anger I had after GT5. Somewhat better but no where near great yet for me.

The M3? Because it sounds like you're talking about the Z4. If your not my point still stands they are same PP thus it is implied they are the same.

I don't see the point of removing Vauxhaul or Opel some people might prefer one to the other, even though they are nearly identical, and the Huayra's are slightly different, they did the work to find the slight variations, so why remove content?

Because sometimes less is actually more, the point is that you nor anyone else would complain if they didn't have one year Huayra over the other. It's an insult to have Vauxhall and Opel in the name of saying "yeah we actually have this many cars", when really they don't. Why people insist they are losing out if GT were to lower their content instead of using the false guise they wish to.

This, in the old days PD raised the bar in every single aspect of racing games, they were always close to perfection for that era. Since GT5 they focused only on certain features like the physics, and didn't bother improving everything anymore. My guess is because with the amount of effort they have to put in for the things they do work on, there just isn't time left to pay attention to the rest of the game..
It can't be that they simply don't give a **** no?
Its easy to criticize PD , Turn ten nor EA or any other Developers who have made a car sim racer had to innovate, or take that first step PD took. PD PAVED THE PATH , Fixing a worn down road is much easier than making a new one. Gt5 is the only game I can honestly say, I got my 60$'s worth!

...GT6 looks pathetic against Forza 4, read the Q/As again, still looking at a PS2 title at best.
I know you are disappointed, but I'd love to see a PS2 title that could do all of this...properly. Not even if you mean PS2 ported to PS3 would that wash.

Paying 60€ for couple of new tracks and a gt5 is not really what I was looking for. Gt6 has felt like cash grab from the first moment it was announced and the final product seems pretty void of any innovation at all. GT5.5. This should have been a patch or dlc.

I don't see how that is an insult, but ok then...

I would absolutely love to wait for two days as my 9 GB patch downloaded, and my disc becomes basically a key to open the game.

Not talking about the Z4. one is from the 2010 Le Mans Series and the other is from the 2011 Nurburgring 24 Hours. Basically, they are like the Peugeot 908s (except they are both from different years). You asked what were the differences and I answered. Wasn't arguing.

Physically, they should have some differences in aerodynamics once shown in-game.

I am quite impressed with most of what has been shown. However, I still have a few concerns, but I am confident that they will be addressed in the day one patch.

No way cancelling my preorder. In fact, I am looking forward to it more!

care to share your concerns?

Im thrilled to bits. I cant wait to load that game next week. Also want the Nurb Edition LFA so badly, shocked that its in without having to wait for DLC.

Yes but if I recall correctly they are both GT2 car and you are right one just probably has the LM aero package but how different is it from the VLN ran? The cars aren't too far off, and if Aero isn't being calculated into PP then that is somewhat worrying.

I'm not arguing either I'm just saying if that is the only difference then what's the point of having them. Also care to explain the other ones that are strange. (don't explain nissan, mazda and toyo those we already know why)

It's been three years. Other than the content creation, I'm having a hard time seeing what's taken up that time, as so many easily-fixable problems don't seem to have received any attention. Apparently we still don't have standing starts, even!

Never doubt PD's ability to dedicate an inordinate amount of resources to stuff that doesn't matter, while ignoring the duplicated white elephant in the room.

I just don't see how it could be offensive is all, even with your silly little explaination... Its my thoughts, no need to argue over it...

Silly? That's somewhat offensive. Obviously you didn't understand if that is all you thought I said, or you just don't want to hear it because you've already accepted and are fine with the duplications. There are plenty of cars to model from Vauxhall or Opel that can be different rather than the same car with an edited name. It is a false pretense given to the consumer that is why it's offensive. Also Vauxhall and Opel are the same thing so really no reason to have both if anything why not just call the dealership Opel/Vauxhall.

What's the difference in the Huayras?

In the official site everything is mentioned what they have improved or added to the game.

Even in the e3 video it was shown:

So I cannot understand how people can complain about the things already known. If anyone has paid little attention you known what to expect. Unless you are unaware of it or never interested in the first place :ouch:

I'm pretty confident that if any poster on here at gtp was in charge of GT6's direction it would kick the arse of the GT6 that is incoming

In a way, if GT7 is just more of the same with just graphics improvements (and maybe less cars but all premium) etc, how can we realistically be expected to part with £400 odd pounds (PS4+GT7). For now, I own a PS3 so I can tolerate GT6 and think it's worth the money.

I keep laughing about how people are saying "GT6 is exactly the same as GT5...except for the new premium cars, new physics, new tracks, new body mods, updated standard cars, etc." What more do you want from a new game???

They probably want all premiums, a decent sound system with proper boost sounds and different blowoff valves, intelligent Ai, damage that stays on the vehicle until you repair it, A career mode that favours GT veterans ie they (can) start on a higher level after taking skill tests or maybe the ability to change the difficulty settings, they might want a hardcore sim mode for people with T500RS, they might want to widen wheels so that they fill out the arches or give a stanced look, they might want the ability to adjust turbo boost pressure etc etc etc..??

I really don't understand what is so funny?

Their PP ratings...

So you don't know?

I was just wondering. Wikipedia and the Pagani home page don't mention any specific changes between 2011 and 2013.

Maybe there's something, but it wouldn't be the first time PD have had nominally identical cars with different PP values. See the standard and premium versions of the XJR-9.
