GT6 Master Car List [NOT A WISHLIST]

I'd actually detune it to the real car's specs so I can have a normal Toronado, then buy the Jay Leno version again.
The problem with that is that a normal Toronado is Front Wheel Drive, so no matter what, it'd never be truly normal.

Anyone else notice the CTS-V's description on the GT site is completely wrong?

"The 2nd generation CTS-V then appeared a year later in 2008. It was given the supercharged 6.2 L V8 of the Corvette ZR1, producing 538.5 BHP and 74.6 Nm of torque. The car even marked the fastest lap time in the world for a mass-production saloon on the Nürburgring, at 7 minutes, 59.32 seconds."

*phew*

Now, I'm relieved.

But I noticed the horsepower should be a bit higher. I noticed the same thing with the Boss 302.

...even though it's a 2013 model year Veyron which doesn't exist since they went out of production in 2011.
I was questioning this too. 16.4 isn't the original Veyron, it's the engine in the Veyron including the current one. So ever since 2011 the Veyron has been known as the Super Sport, but it still is the 16.4 engine. So a 2013 Veyron 16.4 would be a Super Sport correct? I'm willing to bet anything this is not the same Veyron as GT5 only premium. Personally, I believe this is going to be the super sport.

But I do not think that car looks like a SuperSport

The only theory I can come up with on the veyron other than a blasted typo is that the car in the trailer is the '09 Veyron that's under the GT5 section of the car list and the new Veyron is really a 2013 type of veyron model. Although, that's my most cracked up theory and I don't really expect that to become true.

Oh yeah, I can't wait to give that Premium Sauber C-9 a go when the game comes out.

I haven't seen what you're talking about. I'm just kind of peeking in here and there and haven't gotten every story or video.

Nonetheless, the proving factor will be the horsepower for the 2013 Veyron.

Also, I am psyched about some of the cars incoming. Finally some street going Diablos although I'm still waiting for the SV. I'm huge Group B fan so the Quattro rally car is awesome, as well as the 288 GTO. I can't wait to drive the CTSV and finally we get the GT40 back! I'm not overly impressed with the car list, but what It lacks in new quantity it makes up for in what it's providing.

The Veyron in the trailer is clearly the regular model.

I wouldn't trust PD with their numbers. The Alpine for example is a 1972 model which doesn't even exist.

Is this confirmed? If It is, Merc and Bentley Speed 8! So much Le Mans awesomeness!
Not yet, but there was a premium looking C-9 in both of the most recent trailers of GT6. The 6th concept movie & astronomy effects trailer and since the car list isn't complete yet, I would think that PD screwed up and didn't put the premium C-9 in the new to GT6 section.

I would like to point something out.

It seems that the "TC" cars from the first DLC of GT5 are now officially called Touring Cars. Yes, we all know what TC stands for, however, this changes the name of the car entirely.

Also, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X TC as had its name changed from TC to Rally Car.

There is a lot of detailed work involve in this thread, hence why I am bringing this up.

I think that there will be 2 versions of the Bugatti Veyron:
1. one from the 2009 - it's on the list as a car coming back from GT5 and on the video
2. one of the 2013 versions (SS, GS etc.). It lacks the full name, BUT...

There are other cars on the list without their full names. For example Ferrari GTO '84 - it should be 288 GTO.
Besides there are other cars on the "new cars" list hat haven't been shown yet.

After reading through the car list it also seems that the Hyundai Veloster has also vanished, well i wouldn't say vanished since it was only rumored. after looking through the car list numerous times it's just not there, i wasn't sure if anyone else has brought it up since it was only rumored. I find it funny how they managed to get the genesis in the game but not the veloster.

edit- my font got messed and i had no clue how to fix it, but i fixed it :P

They probably scanned it and are now scratching their heads, wondering where one of the doors has gone :P

Hahahaha  Makes me sad though i was really looking forward to the Genesis and Veloster :(

You sound defeated, that car list isn't final yet as it states:

"This list is one part of the cars planned for inclusion"

However I don't wish to get anyone's hopes up as it doesn't usually end well.

Yes cus there a few car missing like the nsx 2015 that Is in the trailer and the e63, a45 amg

Does anyone know if the F2007 and F10 were on GT5's pre-launch car list? I know if you check the list now they're there -- even DLC cars are. But I have some vague "memory" of them possibly not being on the list at first, or at least the F10, as I think it was a surprise when we saw the F10 in the opening intro (also released before the game).

I find it strange if those cars aren't able to make it into GT6 yet T10 was able to add a Lotus, in addition to the 1976 Ferrari and McLaren. Seems a bit silly to me.

The Ferrari F1 cars were in GT5 at launch. I honestly can't tell you why PD would remove them other than that they're having issues with the licensing for them.

Maybe Ferrari only licensed the cars for one game. Even with the F2007 in GT5P.
Regardless of the reason might be, we only got Ferrari to blame. We shouldn't criticize a company for not being able to afford a license or enough resources.

No, I meant the literal car list that PD released like two weeks before GT5. Of course the F1 cars were in the game at launch, but were they both on that car list when they first published it, that's my question. Because I'm not sure if I remember the F10 not being on the list or if that's just a "memory."
