I was referring more to the texture quality.

Texture looks the same to me.I mean they look low res in the video too.

The shadows look kind of weird in the screens to me though.Don;t really care about that stuff, i'm just happy the track in the game.

Unless PD themselves confirm that this trailer's sounds are an early taste of the new sound they're working on, I'm not believing they're not dubbed over like in the other trailers before it.

I wasn't saying that they're not dubbed. I know they're dubbed clearly. I'm saying that maybe PD is using some samples of their new car sounds to dub the trailer with. Oh well, it was just a thought.

Haha I tried explaining this earlier to no avail, good luck explaining it a way people can actually understand that your not saying these sounds aren't dubbed.👍

The darker parts of the tarmac look pretty rough to me, but that's always easier to pick out in static screens. Are the pits really that... clinical, in real life?

Agreed. It's not terrible & it represents what it's supposed to, but it looks like something you find in one of those user-created tracks for PC sims. Cars look great as usual, though.

The contrast in quality between the LFA and the surroundings is a bit jarring, to be honest.

I was watching a video from PD studio and in 2 parts, I saw something interesting!

I don't think that these rocks and grasses are for GT6. They have much better graphics than PS3 GTs IMO. is there any chance that they're for PS4 GT?

Dingo, If you only new a bit about how game development goes.

These are high poly models, they are made for one purpose, Normal maps(google it). Then the lowerpoly model can look just as good as high poly thanks to normal maps

Thats what you spotted I think.

I will not say it is for GT6 or maybe some works for GT7, because I have no idea, all I say is what I think it is.

I hate rain. I thought it dould be fun with GT5 but i didn't like it. It's too hard. It's great if you want the race to be harder, but otherwise i don't like rain.
I was hoping for GT6 that they would work more on WRC but it seems it won't get an upgrade...

Milestone still has the official WRC license for at least another year - still, that shouldn't stop PD adding some older/different rally cars via a DLC pack.

Great to finally see Bathurst in GT. A major thumbs up to the inclusion of the track.

Also, I'd like to point out that seeing the Shelby GT500 under heavy braking and turning was really satisfying. They seem to have done a great job on the suspension behaviour. It really stood out to me in the trailer (and the GTA Demo as well). I just hope that the tyre model is up to the job, but that's for another thread.

Don't worry, I won't put much faith in the trailers. I just felt like putting that theory out there to see what people think of it.

Yes I know, only that... physics will concern every things. Sure it's great, but the rally implementation in GT5 was just garbage... in GT4 it was even wayyyy better, with good tracks for WRC, many many events dedicated for WRC... in GT5 only 3 locations... I was like "Whaaaaaaat!? the same in GT6!" I liked the special event in GT5 with the co pilot. That with every tracks from previous GT, or simply more WRC tracks, Here is the best WRC game ever... Please everyone, make WRC the first wishlist for GT6 DLC!
