Sounds improved. Not perfect, not brilliant, but you can see (hear) that they've invested some time on this matter.

Nice, thanks, PD.

It's hard to compare GT5 and GT6 with a car that is not featured in both games. Overall, I think it sounds very similar to GT5 though. Aslo, the long beam hardly illminates the road. Makes me wonder what PD has been doing lately.

But then again, why didn't they just put different cars? Or why not list the dealership as Opel/Vauxhall?
Because making different cars also takes modeling another body, adding another engine, another everything that it takes to make a new car, but to make a new mita, you literally copy and paste it and maybe ad a few HP or take some weight off. i think there was statistic that it takes about 3 weeks to make EVERY new car in the game. making a new mita might take 10 minutes.

Oh and also, i think there are more RX-7's than mitas or skylines! :irked:

Ive been just watching all the videos end everything, specially all cars list... and
Well i dont know why GT6 doesnt impress me, i mean im a GT fan and buyed PS only for GT games. But when i was watching the car list there are so so manny familiar cars from previous gt game (you know what i mean,miatas,skylines...)
And i feel kind of dissapointed, sure the other new cars look great and would love to drive but, there are just very little compare how manny miatas and skylines are there. It looks to me its the same GT5 just updated... and not a single F1 car :(
I usually love the endurance races, but if they are the same races as in GT5 i wont buy it.

That's not right. The TRD 86 Racing (which is pictured in the dealership, though named a Toyota) is this, which is a normal 86 that has racing parts switched in (for safety/durability as well as performance) and is built specifically for this amateur racing series: the 86/BRZ Race in Japan.

The car is basically the Japanese counterpart to the TMG GT86 CS-V3 that is made in Cologne for VLN/1-make GT86 racing in Europe.
I stand corrected. Must be this car. The TR86. http://the86.co.nz/TR86/

To me, the turbo sounds for the Huayra aren't too far off at all, it's pretty good and better than certain pc sims, though the base engine sounds aren't nearly as good. There's no meat.

No meat is the best way to describe the Huayra sound:tdown:...I like meat:cheers: Feels like there's nothing below 1000Hz. Hopefully the hood cam or one of the other exhausts sounds better..

So you're suggesting that, for no good reason, they should have removed perfectly good cars from the game, just because they were in a previous game? And what of the 100some new cars and nearly 40 new track configurations? I'm pretty sure the new cars and tracks alone could keep me busy and happy for several months. That and the new ability to star-gaze. 👍

No, its just that 80% of these cars are from gt4 and they are still in. And there are so manny other interesting cars that should have been in game. I understand that there are 3 or 4 versions of a miata, but to have 25 version i dont understand!! We will see, but i canceled my preorder. Its a updated GT5... maybe ill buy it next year, or ill see what DLC will bring

He's obvioisly saying that GT6 doesn't add enough new content to warrant a purchase. I guess it depends on different mindsets and the extent to which the new content appeals to players. All I know is that I'm surely not sticking with GT5 when GT6 is going to be the place to be.

Well, GT6 has nearly as many all-new cars and more than double the number of new tracks as Forza 5. Not sure how much more content one could ask for. I'm sure if PD didn't include cars from earlier games people would be complaining about that too....the Jenson Interceptor for example.

Well i didnt play GT5 long time ago, last time i played it when standard f2007 and enzo was buyable.
And since then i play GTA or old F1 2012

That is so damn funky! Think about it, an epic overrated mountain track, a Huayra and physics that actually look like fun..! Dayum, cutting through the night chasing that horrible Citroen that looks like a shoe, sweeeet. GT6! pls

Are we saying that all 200 cars in FM5 are new? If that's the case, gt6 is nowhere near that.
