In addition I'm pretty sure that items on the GTP main page are time managed so that there isn't a clustering of news items. Sometimes an item might be delayed slightly so there's constant flow of new information, if it isn't important that it's posted asap of course. Just my observation. :)

The other interviews that have surfaced are written by people who don't have to simultaneously do the E3 shtick and run the world's largest GT site during a very busy period for its servers, do they?

I inmediately thought of Jordan with one of those "one-man-band" drumkits strapped on his back, juggling with a couple of server HDDs, and with Translator-san sitting on his shoulders.

If Jordan wants to take his sweet time, he damn well can. After all, he's not our employee or nothing like that :gtpflag:.

IIIt's goood. Now I won't have to wait to find out if most of the tracks will have weather or time change. I expect a couple of them from GT5 to have it, but only a couple.

Thanks for giving a proper interview Jordan. I was curious about the sound as well and the time change.

Oh, I just hope for Time change to be available for at least Deep Forest, High Speed Ring, and Trial Mountain.

They added rain to HSR and Spa, time change seems like a sure thing. I hope anyway.

Yeah, retouching the textures to suit arbitrary lighting (including diffuse, i.e. overcast) is time consuming, but relatively straight forward.
Getting the dynamic shadow maps to look nice on every track within the same budget has to be difficult.
