It is genuinely amazing that some people just don't understand or realise that braking is needed when driving on a track.

And what is with that sound??

I see one of the driving experts is looking sharp as ever ;)

I made some GT6 vs. Real Life comparisons...hope this is the right place to post them! I've tried my best to find the correct angle and color (except for the Tesla and the SLS) of each car in real life to match that of GT6. Anyways, I must say... PD did an amazing job of recreating each car...the details and their closeness to reality is simply staggering! Just imagine GT on PS4... *drool*

Someone even said that he don't know where is the brake pedal.
My sister drives better than him, and she as 13.
Most of us can't go to E3 to try the new games, and guys like this don't know s*** about driving get access to this...

Very good work, i like it 👍

Well I guess there had to be at least one step backward.

I guess I can hope this is handled correctly.
How would that be a step backward? Better to just let you run an X1 with racing soft tires?

The races were far to easy in GT5 they need restrictions applied. It is a step forward.

Very painful to listen to. I wonder if he was pushing the clutch? I'd rather use that pedal for the brake, for comfy reasons.

The painful part is watching it... The lack of common sense in that video is astonishing and a shame to the human race.

Guy just refuses to brake into corners... Like someone else said, it makes you wonder how these people drive in real life? For some reason they don't think they brake pedal applies in racing like it does in real life?

And beyond that, there's no excuse for continuing this no-brakes-and-go-off ordeal. You'd think that anyone with any basic level of understanding in life would change something... slow down maybe, try the brakes! It disgusts me seeing these people play these games at these types of events.

By far better.

It leaves the choice to the player, which is absolutely the best way to handle it. Putting a hard limit on the events is a terrible idea.

Possible caveat

We have a free mode and there isn't a need to bother with GT Mode. Though even in this case, the restriction doesn't serve any purpose. And it limits how you can enjoy the events. Most would automatically assume entering the X1 in the Sunday Cup would mean the race would be easier. But that isn't strictly true. Even if it was, there is nothing wrong with that.

What should be done is that PD provides a suggested limit that you can completely ignore if you want. If people want to show off, then maybe they could use the useless trophies as a way to verify who stuck with the PP limit and who did not.

The restrictions won't make them any harder if GT5 is anything to go by. Just longer. Plus, anyone who wanted to be on the same level as the AI in GT5 only needed to look at the opponent list.

T10 released direct feed gameplay? Where? As far as I've seen it's all off screen, just like GT6.

Take a look at forza e3 live demo gameplays. PD hasn't said crap about GT6 AND WHEN THE HECK IS JORDAN GOING TO POST THE INTERVIEW?!

I have and like I say, it's off screen, exactly like all of these GT6 videos. Also, that's rather rude towards Jordan. The man has a life you know, it doesn't revolve around GT.

Oh. So there's a life outside GT? Why wasn't I told about this?

Actually putting a limit on it is the best way to do it. It should be a challenge. When races are set up to where you can use anything there is not need to buy a car for the event you can just use that Stealth car you got with the game and blow right throw them, no need to buy but one set of tires which would be race soft and then suddenly you find that all these races are extremely boring and not worth wasting your time on. Meanwhile if you put a limit on them and especially if they pay more credits for staying under the limit then you find yourself driving so slow pos and driving all out to get a win. The races are much more fun, pay more credits and may actually improve your driving a bit.

What if you enter a real life race, the field is running unmodified street cars with less than 300hp and you show up with a Mazda 787B. Do you think they would let you enter the race?
