Looking at the video, are you guys ok with a 30 second load time?
I noticed how long it takes too. As long as the rest of the game flows well, I don't mind the loading times for the races.

go play playstation all stars on a vita at game stop and then play the game, all the sounds in the demo are place holders and the controls are also different 👎
Damn. I didn't know that. That's strange.

Well the sounds are same like GT5. That sounds poor. The Pagani sounds like the Veyron from GT5. Some work to do if they are still to change the sounds before launch.

It's ok if the loading takes about 30 seconds. What diminishes the anxiety of the game to load is the new look of the game.

The GT6 looks far more sleek & crisp.

I'm not sure what that has to do with GT. I guess I could also look and point out games that haven't changed much from their demos but what other games from other developers do is irrelevant.

Another thing: Can some of you stop messing with anyone that posts how little they care about sounds? Sorry but not everyone enjoys the same things and that includes the sounds.

Who was messed with because they don't care about sounds? Unless you're talking about the guy that said they were realistic? Or the other guy that wants us to "shut up"? If some people don't care about sounds, good for them.

👍 True, but...

I'm hoping the UI isn't as simple as what we've seen. There could, or even should, be more to it.

I just heard it. My mind is blown. That's unbelievably incredible. You can basically create a Isle of Man-like track if you wanted, or even a big open world track. I'm completely blown away by the new Course Maker. :)

That's it. Day 1. :D

While the number is mindblowing its usability entirely depends on how the track creator itself will be. If it is as simple as GT5's then it's a large canvas without having a brush, the tools. On the other hand, if it is very well made then it'd a huge deal, with almost complete control of the circuit (or point to point layout) and of the surroundings (buildings, lightning), especially if the work can be shared with other users.

That means the track creator itself is what is of the essence, not the area available. Creations could be either a huge random circuit or a simplified Isle of Man, depending on the tools.

Personally I'm not expecting the freedom that only can be achieved on a PC and with technical knowledge, so not a tool made just for track creation but 3dsMax, a mouse and scanning of the actual circuit, though if PD itself hypes this so much then I expect to be able to recreate the layout of famous tracks and roads in a simplified manner. That means no bumps, no complete control of elevation changes, no pictures of real life buildings, etc., in short able to do laguna seca but not the corkscrew nor the the inclination on the left of the previous turn to it, or could do your local city but without the the actual buildings (on this last matter I hope we can use the already included in GT6's assets, like Rome and Tokyo buildings).

edit: And I really hope and almost expect that the GPS feature is tied to the course maker, so the layout got with the GPS can be tweaked (for example width and surface) and surroundings be added with the course maker. That would make much easier to recreate real life driving roads.

So far, the hype is only really coming from us (the "community").

Whilst the generator algorithm (big clue there) is said to have been overhauled, I still don't expect full freedom. It could be a lot of fun despite that, although for those wanting to create their own circuits just so, it might be disappointing. The fabled GPS feature might help, but without trackside modifications, it'll not really "work" for a lot of people.

I can't actually believe this figure is accurate, still.

Like I said before, the absolute best thing going on for GT6,astonishing.

Kudos to Andreas as well,You're a legend.

100 km per 100 km?? 50 per 50 km in the worst hypothesis???

That would be really amazing!!!

Imagine how fantastic a 100 km long circuit would be.

Jeez, so there's about 36 course locations at launch and a huge, 100km by 100km course maker?
December 6 can't come soon enough.
