Don't copy and past a link mate what do that prove either have a discussion or don't bother , fact if they haven't given us anything we wanted pd has only release stuff they wanted to release. Iam not bashing them but people here are blinded by a small update look at the bigger picture or there site were they list missing features that we all want.

Would you rather this update over the track creator bspec communityfeatures the gps mobile app ...really? Have they really listened to us ?
I would not consider a brand new track, 3 new cars, and a few new add ons a small update.

Well they just happen to have incorporated lots of minor adjustments and additions that were popular suggestions from gtplanet but weren't immediately obvious things to add, such as lights with false starts for online races, the reset to default option, the camber fix etc.

As well as adding big showpieces that will make loads of casual gamers buy GT6, they've polished it with minor additions that mean more to the hardcore enthusiast, and to me that proves that they're listening.

I noticed that the Red Bull Ring has lights, but starts are still single file rolling start, possible error/bug or am I not doing something.

It's drivable now!!!!!!
They mended it

I think the lights thing is that the actual track lights work and are in sync with the start. Haven't tested offline though, seems less useful there since you never do standing starts.

I don't want this to turn this into beef as we all have had a nice surprise and thumbs up for an unexpected track and 2 cars.

They fixed the camber yes but they broke it , they removed the reset to default option between gt5 to gt6 then its returned and peeps is acting like its a new feature , and trackside lights have been modelled from the ps1 games but never used so its just swings and round abouts we just getting closer to gt5 spec that we loved

There is nothing in that update I would praise pd for there are things to be thankful yes but nothing ground braking

Is it , wow looks like the spagna bronze by BMW ..... I best go to specsavers

"Sepang Bronze" you mean?

One of my favourite car colors for years - have been looking for a real life BMW to own in that color for some time now. Too bad its mainly found in M5s that are a bit pricey and dare I say a bit impractical.. :scared:

First ninja update kicked in a moment ago.
Wondering what this is. But it's such a relief to fixed the camber. It's now so much more pronounced with the handling which made some cars that were in need of camber much more fun to drive. Definitely much improve physics/force feedback which you can definitely feel on bumpy roads.

Yeah that's the one mate its best colour for wheels and cars its my go too colour if I want a car to look real in photo mode .. Iam slightly dyslexic so sometimes I misspell simple things, its a great colour for them jdm bronze wheels that are so popular in drifting

Again an update that's focusing on Content (cars, tracks) rather then gameplay value (interesting races). Only Thing you can do is driving circles against the clock or going online and hope for a good race. When do they shift their attention to other things?

No-one said it was groundbreaking to be fair, they just said that because of the amount of subtle gtplanet-suggested features that have been added, it's likely that PD is paying attention to them.

You wouldn't praise PD for giving you 4 free cars (some debate of whether people include the VGT, but still) AND a free track with two variations?

Some people are too hard to please me thinks.

No I will only be happy when I have the content that was promised and pushed to get my pre-order, these are additions yes , and I am thankful but to praise them hell no... When we get the features that we all paid for to make the game complete and as expected and inline with the features on there site. Gran turismo is all about the grind these days and I am going to grind away until we get our features. I will keep it up until we get our stuff we paid for....

Have you not seen the latest round of seasonal events? They are A-Spec races a-la GT5 seasonals. I know that the AI of the GT world isn't great, but they are working on that too.

Now I just have to hope that they add some endurance seasonals...

My post was so good it was worth quoting twice! :sly: I'm joking.

I get what you are saying, but a part of their promise to 'get your pre-order' was to deliver constant DLC content in the form of cars and tracks. You can't pick and choose what part of the promise they deliver on; they still have some features left to deliver, but they are sticking to their word slowly but surely. I think they deserve praise.

Golded the vision event in 5 laps, good enough for now and took the VW to red bull ring, tried both versions and I gotta say I it's a great track and the VW works fairly well IMO there. :)

Great work PD 👍

I've played them yes and wasn't impressed. Sprint races of 3/5 laps with easy AI and starting at the back without any racing strategy won't keep me excited.

Lol yeah I noticed that but could be bothered removing it , they said that on gt5 and so I didn't expect that to happen.. Iam going to drop it anyways obviously iam happy for a new track and a couple of new motors but I rather have the other features as I only played online once and it was such a crappy experience iam left with a game that's basically a hot lapping game, I just looking to find that experience I had with GT 1-4 and excitement to play it.... Anyways that's me done on this subject

I know, and I agree to be honest, but buying a Gran Turismo game you have to come to expect that as the staple of the racing. That's how it's been for the past few iterations.

You don't buy Need for Speed and expect a Gran Turismo style experience. I think there is DEFINITELY room for improvement of their AI, but I didn't expect anything else from the game because that's how it's always been...
