Far as I am aware there is.So no update this month?
Most of that "controversy" (if there was any) in last August's update was centered about whether the Himedic belongs in the game, not PD adding the C1 before the C5.breaking my silence after over a year of that controversial update

Go and drive a stock Evo VI on Sports Soft tyres and come back to me. That's what needs fixing.Everyone keeps posting, “physics fixes.” What would need to be fixed other than the cars leaping in the air with a very specific unrealistic car setup that was already patched.
I think the new physics is perfect. Closer to iracing and less arcade sim.
It’s reasonable to assume that they have continued to tweak some things after the big changes one month ago.Everyone keeps posting, “physics fixes.” What would need to be fixed other than the cars leaping in the air with a very specific unrealistic car setup that was already patched.

Im a big fan of the physics too, and certainly not calling for a reverting. However, that last patch felt like more of a bandaid. Think lots are hoping they clean it up and continue moving forward. There’s always the force functions for both fana and logi which need attention as well.Everyone keeps posting, “physics fixes.” What would need to be fixed other than the cars leaping in the air with a very specific unrealistic car setup that was already patched.

I'm not so sure it's a "physics code" fix at all. I suspect it might just be some cars needing parameters adjusted. PD probably got the physics to a state where they said "OK time to get this out into the wild. The people will let us know in no time about specific car issues."Yeah, 1.50 was definitely an emergency patch to stop the funny Sambabus videos specifically rather than a root cause fix for the suspension issues.
It wouldn't shock me if said root cause fix was still a couple of updates away, I can't imagine physics code being easy to write or validate.
Oh. Well, that isn’t something I would ever want to do so I guess that is a compromise the devs made to make the racing tires more realisticGo and drive a stock Evo VI on Sports Soft tyres and come back to me. That's what needs fixing.
Yes, I think that was a quick fix tooIm a big fan of the physics too, and certainly not calling for a reverting. However, that last patch felt like more of a bandaid. Well.. feel free to try it on racing soft tyres too, it's even worse - it's a suspension issue.Oh. Well, that isn’t something I would ever want to do so I guess that is a compromise the devs made to make the racing tires more realistic
