Bellend is my favourite English insult!Do you get some sort of twisted enjoyment over being such a bellend to Chris? Give it a rest.

Just did a couple of laps and it's nice, obviously very oversteer happy on boost.RE Amemiya RX-7 for race A. Nice. Cool car.
Hello! 🥳 It's been a while lol... Needed to take a break as was spending a bit too much of my free time (as little as I have nowadays) on the game and was ignoring more important things.. Oops 😂 And also didn't like the selection for the past weeks either!
Happened to be off today and saw my old friend Dragon Trail on Race B so had to take a look 😉 Did a semi-decent lap time before my first race in ages (1:46:3) which was good enough for a P8 start in a Lambo-fest, which I was a part of lol.
Sketch start as I was giving space and not being aggressive vs P7 ahead, even though he was making a lot of mistakes! I then tried to go past (which I was doing) in the chicane after Sector 1 but he tried to nudge me off a few times and almost succeeded! Hadn't it been for lucky contact with a different car going past, I would have been done for as it set my car straight again!
Anyhoo, was down to P9 but I like this track and car so knew I could regain positions if I just keep cool and in Lap 2 exactly that happened! Between crashed (also involving same donkey from lap 1) and an opportunistic overtake, I finished in P6 and happy with race one 😎

Here is this weeks guide for those after it! Quite a deadly week with either the car choice for Race A or infamous corners for B and C haha! Some big blooper kills to 👀
Have the same complaint as I drive in cockpit view. Surely the actual race car has either a rear view mirror or camera?Just did my first race, the Lambo is fairly awkward in VR for visibility as it doesn't have a review mirror or camera.
I was doing pretty well at race B, considering I started 15th, with no Q time.
I got my Ferrari up to 7th with only one turn left to go.
The Lambo decided to use me up, so he wouldn't have to lift.
A couple of years ago, I would have gone nuts, and threatened him in the post-race chat.
Today, I just shrugged my shoulders and thought "Oh well. This one just didn't work out. Hopefully, the next one is good".
Maybe this is what they're talking about in the TV ads when refer to losing your testosterone.
I'd imagine in GR4 spec it won't have a rear view mirror because that's the engine covering but it would have a camera!Have the same complaint as I drive in cockpit view. Surely the actual race car has either a rear view mirror or camera?
So does that bloody chicane when you are heading straight for that wall after getting it wrong 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I had to stop last night, I just couldn't string any consistent laps together 🙈🙈 Had more luck with the TT at Goodwood insteadHaven't raced yet but the gravel traps at Dragon Trail Seaside look lovely in VR....
I think the biggest issue is that those sorts of cars/races really handicap anyone who uses Automatic Transmission, as to get the time from it and in some degree of control you need to be in control of which cog you want for short shifting or holding it at the limiter which those players won't be able to.I still maintain my opinion that Tsukuba is either best for time trials, drifting, or races involving cars with no more than 200 HP. Meanwhile, having a race there featuring not only the FD RX-7, but a heavily-tuned one from RE-Amemiya is certainly a combination. It's a shame because if it were almost any other circuit, I would've loved trying this car out. (Though maybe there's a point, since there's the real-world time trials at Tsukuba, and I think the RE-Amemiya RX-7 was made exactly for time attack.)
Give the NSX ago mate it's a lovely quick bit of kit round there and the brakes are amazing.Finding the Ferrari and Nissan GTR fairly stable in race B, just cant seem to keep the lambo planted, especially through the chicane - need to hold on and try that bad boy flat out
Those 1.46s you boys are sporting is impressive, maybe when my fanatec is delivered I’ll be back to getting a little more time on the boards
I do like this track though, could have done with some better tyres, not sure why we ever bother with hards tbh 😁
I tried a few laps with it last night but I'm very rusty, I really like it but I cannot seem to get the brake balance right, any suggestions? I'm home alone tonight with no baby so I should be able to get some good practice in. I also tried the GTR, felt really good but lap times didn't reflect it. The Lambo is good but again I'm struggling with braking. I just don't have as much time these days and it's showing 🙈🙈 saying that, the megane around goodwood is great, I definitely can get to 1.24's with a few more lapsGive the NSX ago mate it's a lovely quick bit of kit round there and the brakes
