1 x M3 (E36)
1 x 205 GTI

Never binned the motorbikes thankfully…

It’s a very random thing but I went in the guided bus to work for 4 years and commuted to London on the 6:00an trains for about 10 years.

Categorically can say public transport was safer than my driving back then.
"I rolled my first M3"

So how many M3's have you rolled? I heard the bus is quite safe!
Of the 2 M3s

Seems like it still is... 😂 😋

Got my S15's Race C QT down to a 2:27.907.

Race 1: Started P1. Had a nice battle with an Aston. Went for the no tires overcut at the end of Lap 7. I exited the pits barely in front of that same Aston. They set themselves up nicely out of the Turn 16 hairpin going into the final chicane. A mistake exiting the final corner cost me another position. Finished P3.

Race 2: Started P1. Got passed by a fast Aston at the end of Lap 2. Went for the new tires overcut at the end of Lap 6 and set a Fastest Lap at the checkered flag, with a 2:29.210. Finished P2.

Race 3: Started P2. Got involved in a multiple car incident up the esses on Lap 3. Did a new tires undercut at the end of the lap. Had a brainfart solo incident going up the esses, bouncing off the curbs and into the walls on Lap 7. Salvaged P9.

Race 4: Started P2. Got a nice launch at the start, took the lead going into the first corner, and never looked back. Did a no tires overcut at the end of Lap 7. Finished P1.

Race 5: Started P4. Traffic was hectic. Went for the no tires undercut at the end of Lap 1. Pace was good, but small mistakes in free air put me out of a potential podium. Finished P6.

Pretty good day! Would've been nice to convert one of my rare pole starts into a win, but them's the breaks. Ah well, got my podiums hat trick and a super rare Fastest Lap, so I got that going for me... which is nice.

Have a good weekend!

I’ve reverted back to racing A because I’ve little interest in B/C
I've stuck with Race A too, despite my misgivings on Monday. I've managed to go the whole week without any wallriding - sometimes it's appeared that I'm the only one not doing it!

What I have found though is that not all the wallriders are that good on the rest of the track, or at racecraft full stop. I haven't managed a win yet, but I had 3 P2s yesterday, and 2 today 😃

I've surprisingly found myself living in Race B this week. Something about the Ferrari meta, for one gives us an excuse to use it. It's been a pleasure to drive and I don't usually say that about Group 3's.

I think the main factor was that I quickly peaked in Race A (a sublime combo, IMO), gave Race C a few shots and decided I'm wayyy off the pace in Group 4 when needing a subtle braking technique. With my DR taking a tumble, those wide corner approaches invited far too many dive-bombs and the enjoyment just evaporated.

Nurburgring Sprint hasn't been much cleaner, but my confidence in the car and the short race duration means I don't mind picking myself up and getting back into the race where inevitably others have suffered a similar fate. Mostly I've been climbing from 14th-15th to firmly putting myself in Top 5 contention.

That’s good going mate, it’s a fairly decent track and it’s cleaner than you’d expect it to be considering how tight the corners are etc,

A nice Sunday drive 😁

I do hope race B next week is something I can get my teeth into because I’m just not invested this week

I’d be happy with gr4

Trial mountain reverse
Deep forest reverse
GVH south reverse

Dr Google thinks 2-12 weeks non surgical, but I want to speak to a chiropractor first.
So Dr. Google is as vague as my understanding of what happened to you exactly, probably due to my rudimentary english language skills. So far I've only realized that it has something to do with cars and collarbones😬.

Anyways, I wish you a speedy recovery. And stop rolling cars over. It hurts.

Couldn't keep myself away from more Race C action. Shaved a hair off my S15's QT, with a 2:27.847.

Race 1: Started P4. Gained positions early and walked away from the pack with the lead Aston. Did the no tires overcut at the end of Lap 7. Finished P2.

Race 2: Started P5. Avoided early carnage and took the lead from an Aston on the inside into Turn 6 on Lap 4. Did another no tires overcut at the end of Lap 7. Came out just behind the lead F-type. They mucked the uphill esses, and I squeaked by on the inside of Turn 6. Finished P1.

Race 3: Started P5. Was doing pretty well, up until I bounced off the curbs and into the walls at the final chicane of Lap 7. Limped into the pits for my no tires overcut. Came out behind two cars with no opportunities to pass. Finished P6.

Race 4: Started P8 (after a DNS). Traffic was hectic, so I went for the no tires undercut at the end of Lap 1. Lots of hard but fair racing. Finished P8.

Race 5: Started P3. Almost got wiped out at the Turn 8 hairpin by an Aston. Buckled down and put in a handful of 2:29s. Did the no tires overcut at the end of Lap 7. Finished P3.

Finished the day with another hat trick of podium positions. Or is it trifecta? Whichever. I stood on every step. Forgot to take screenshots from the race results screen, but ah well.

Yamagiwa+Miyabi is awesome, and I can't say enough good things about the S15. She was always in the fight. Good car.

edit:

Sharing the last lap of today's P1, because I had the blinders on and didn't realize how close we all actually were.
