Wether it will amount to anything remains to be seen,a lot of people will get something back if it happens.
That's the one yeah.

Like you say though, 'if it amounts to anything'.
Agreed, and probably not, because these days money talks and bull**** walks, and if your rich or a huge company you're immune to the law and can do as you please.

Yeah, PD dont want us griding :( , and PD dont want to Fix The Lobby :(
hope Forza will come out soon to show PD the real driving simulator king
"real driving simulator king" wtf...Forza carry a lot of issues too, in the forums and youtube Forza videos the people is complained about the game in many ways and the inclusion of the Horizon saga, the Motorsport not have the same relevance as before.
This is a Microsoft fault in some ways, they prefer the easy mainstream food for their services, but the treatment of the GT saga for Sony is not the best, that's true.

You know what I noticed about this tyre change, I’m all about equal opportunity treatment meaning I don’t care if the wear is worse off for me, as long as the AI gets the same treatment but some of these races were scripted with racers and the equipped tyres making it easier to know when a car would pit in, but I‘m noticing that AI’s with Soft tyres who were beasts on their cars are pitting in two laps earlier than usual, so it’s kind of weird seeing F Portilla trailing and drifting behind me as I see P gentry(LOL) leading the pack with his car For example, either that or PD varied it up finally, but maybe it’s just me but I pay attention to drivers and their tyres on certain races and now i’m seeing that it’s the hard tyre wolfpack leading the charge. Now I’m seeing Softies pitting in way faster than usual.

hopefully this makes the grind worthwhile for a while lolol.

The strategy is weird now, the tyre wears out faster than the gas now, which could shake things up in some races now…

Keep it up 👍🏼

I can't see how this will ever succeed. It completely disregards that the commission earned from games likely recuperates the cost of console development. The consoles are not sold at monstrous mark-up else they would appear far less attractive/affordable. The two products are intrinsically linked so you cannot talk about the price of one without considering the price of the other. This is marketing 101. Been happening forever.

I don't see any class-action law suits being made against $40 HDMI cables being sold alongside less-than-cost TV's, because it's ****ing stupid. Frivolous lawsuit at best.

 Class A post as always.
You were around in the beginning of GT7 right???

One of the biggest complaints was the physics. There’s a thread on this forum that has many, many pages about it.

This update fixed all of that! The cars handle decently now, the MR cars are driveable. That alone classifies this update as one of the best to date in GT7’s short life thus far.

Excuse me if I’m not going to constantly cry and moan about the economy of the game or the lack of an option to sell cars for pennies like every other single GT title.

I mean….come on now.

The physics are finally decent!!!

But they been decent since at least 1.13. And me personally I liked 1.00, even if it wasn't realistic with the snap oversteer. Now they are really nice to drive

Yes. I was a Day 1-ner. I was quite aware of the snap oversteer issue. I can't comment on the feel of MR cars as I have yet to drive one post-update.

But I will say this, people have different priorities. Yours is clearly physics, which is fine by me, but others like myself tend to put their priorities onto the gameplay aspect. Laughing at others or to quote your exact wording "theatrics" because they do so is just stupid.

They claim Sony shouldn’t receive a 30% fee for selling digital titles on their own store, using their own servers, with marketing and other expenses. The same as Xbox, Steam, Epic, Google, Apple and so on.

In other words. A legal firm trying to attract gullible people to sign up for a ‘free’ payout. Under the guise of helping with the cost of living crises.

Yes they are in deep trouble nearly broke
Sony have posted record profits (with various divisions) in most quarters. The most recent results where effected by the chip shortage and a downturn in game sales as people returned to work etc.

Interesting you say this because now im curious if the changes in physics will affect the precision in license tests. I just wanted to get it over with but I legit got 97.7 silvers on all of them but I really wasn’t gunning for gold because I don’t have a wheel but now im curious to retry some of them since some of those tests require catlike reflexes and wheel precision….

Okay this update just made this game way easier for me, faster tyre wear means frequent pits meaning increased power fuel consumption for “moi” and the ai is right with me bwhahaha

Well I used to drive around 4-6 on endurance tracks but now I’m 1-2 levels 🤣🤣

To be fair. If you don’t actually own the game or haven’t played for months. Some probably aren’t aware of these things.

But as others have said. We all have different priorities. A month or two back the forum was filled with discussion around online racing. Even though fewer than 10% of the playerbase partake.

I’m interested to see what the hot topic will be when selling cars is added.

Blinker sounds in the dashboard view and to finally address the blown fuses(they blink too fast) in the blinkers of all cars.

One can dream right 🤣
I’m kidding

I’m going for the RX-7 beep when it hits the rev limiter. And people would be quite correct to complain about that!

100% this!!! Kaz should had known better, it’s a blasphemy it’s not present in this game in the first place 😭😭😭😭😭 but to be fair GT barely as of recent started to work on detailed dashboards 🫣

De Tomaso Mangusta (Christian Dior) - 500.000 Cr.

*sigh ... *facepalm ... *look again... *facepalm
Well hey, there could've been a scenario where they could've had the audacity to charge a far more rediculous amount of credits for what is effectively the same car but wearing a different livery. Its actually surprising having the Dior name didn't result in a more rediculous price given this whole Hagerty thing.

The peeve isn't even its price... It's the fact the car itself is considered a stand-alone car, not to mention in the LCD where only, supposedly real life legendary cars should be part of (since you know... Hagerty and stuff).

This is literally a fictional made livery for an already existing car. Almost as bad as the "safety cars" in the game. PD things... And here I thought we were past the duplicate chaos of the past GTs. Maybe the reason we don't see as many is because modelling the cars themselves is a lot harder so they do have to dial back on duplicating crap... But still.

Just why couldn't this car just be a prize of an event and be a "special" car that you can't buy or sell? Just like that? Instead they make it a stand-alone to keep increasing the official car count (for marketing purposes). This is just absolutely dishonest.

EDIT: And then there's the double standarts where the new Porsche VGT collab isn't going to be a stand alone car but just a downloadable livery... which is what this Dior crap livery (doesn't even look good on top of that) should've been as well.
I have to stop using logic and common sense with PD.

Like, why would I ever want to drive this car over the actual one? I doubt there's many Dior fans who play this game to care about that. This is, after all a car game.
