Yes, they spawn on the street next to you pretty much

The Buzzard, Armored limousine, Armored LWB vehicles, Rumpo Custom, XLS (standard), Brickade, Volatus, and the Dinghy can be spawned nearby for free of charge if you already own them. If you don't, you will pay a fee depending on the vehicle and may need a certain size warehouse to have access to them. The BJXL and the Washington can spawn free of charge regardless of whether or not you own them.

All VIP/CEO vehicles will spawn in matte black with bulletproof tires. The game considers them seperate from Pegasus vehicles and will allow you to call those up as well.

Perfect. Thanks, guys. Looks like I'll take the plunge.

I already have a Savage, does that make the Buzzard a bad purchase?

I know that it spawns for free via the CEO-menu, but besides that? The Savage isn't really expensive to call in from Pegasus.

The Buzzard is one of the fastest and most nimble helicopters in the game, and it's easier to perform strafing runs with it than the Savage. The Savage has a very limited downward pitch, so it requires more input to keep centered when circle strafing, at least in my experience. The main drawbacks of the Buzzard are obviously it's limited armor, non-explosive bullets, and the pilot/passenger(s) are very exposed.

Might put my quest for the Omnis on hold to grab a Buzzard. I have about $430k at the moment.

Good lord these warehouses are expensive. Is it a bad idea to go for the $250,000 one in Rancho?
Get the warehouse closest to where your office is. I made the mistake of getting one across town (The cheapest Large), and now whenever I deliver crates I still have to cross town to buy more.

So, the $360,000 one in La Puerta. Alrigthy then.

I barely had enough for the cheapest small warehouse, so I got that one, even though it was nowhere near me.

I've only had two close calls though...but than again I've only done around 10 deliveries.

Did my first crate mission. I only bought a single crate just to test the waters. Mission starts and I fly out to the ocean, in between LSIA and the dockyards. I shoot three boats out of the water, realize I need to actually pick up the crate, then rush over to the boat. Snipe the hell out of the AI chopper while it just hovers in place, zip over to get the crate, zip back to my Buzzard, fly to the warehouse, mission completed. I expected to be attacked by AI cars while delivering the crate to the buyer, but thankfully, nothing happened. I imagine there will be more resistance with higher amounts of crates being sold.

How often do warehouses get attacked, and how many guys will I be fighting?

Warehouses only get attacked if you leave them at like 80% capacity or greater without selling, so you don't really have to worry about them

Really? Awesome. Anyway, the crate I bought was either $1,800 or $2,000, but it was sold for $10,000. Does the value increase over time, or is there a risk of it dropping like stocks?

The more crates you sell at once, the more profit you will end up making. Buying one crate at a time is the most cost efficient, but least time efficient

Awesome. I'll keep this in mind. Is there any more important info about the CEO stuff? Will I ever need to get a crew together?

I'd say that a crew is "only" useful when buying 2 or 3 crates, or making a big sell (needs 2 or 3 deliveryvehicles). But you can always change your MTU to 800 and have a private public session and do it on your own

how can you do that on ps4?

In addition to the buzzard, I bought the trophy truck...and...for whatever reason I cant stop driving it...guys i might be addicted to driving the trophy truck...

I'm not at home right now, but if I remember correctly, it's Settings --> Network --> configure network. Then do what you originally did, but when you're at MTU, simply select manually to 800.

The downside is that you can't join friends/they join you, until you change it back.

I used to use my cellphone to make my Wi-Fi disconnect everyone from me. That gave a lot of time alone in a lobby. And I was still able to join friends/have them join me. But it seems as R* have upgraded their servers, because for the last 2 it's been close to impossible to disconnect others at will

Upgraded their servers?

Sorry for the nit pick, but I'm sure you mean their P2P coding.
Whatever. All I know is that it's a lot harder to disconnect other players from the lobby now and remain the only one in it than just a couple of weeks ago. I did it by doing a test of my bandwith on my cellphone via the Wi-Fi in my home. That resulted in a massive "XXX has left".

If it's harder because of they upgraded their servers, P2P-coding or their coffemachine is nothing I really care about.
