Why did you kill my player?

I'll be honest. I wasted you once because you were a rival President and it looked like you were making a run for the van we were getting for MC work. If your intentions weren't hostile, my bad

It looks like I might be able to crown the 'winner' of the Biker DLC. But I'll need to hype myself up more on to why.

Lowriders: Faction Custom, for being an actual addition to the game that we care about.

Halloween Surprise: Franken Stange, with reasons it's engine sound will tell you

Executives & Other Criminals: Schafter V12, for killing supers on a budget.

Drop Zone: Sultan RS, since the Banshee is worse anyways.

Lowriders Customs Classics: Slamvan Custom, because it defines what sort of upgrade we do want in a racing balance.

Further Advances in Finance & Felony: tie between the Tug and the Rumpo Custom. The former opens up a lot of fun, silly possibilities for free roaming, the latter being a very fun vehicle for it's size, with performance and bulletproof windows to back it up.

Cunning Stunts: Gargoyle, which is well priced, is so far the best ever cruiser style bike, and didn't break a single racing class that the update apparently didn't care about.

I just love getting daily objectives that all can be done within 10-15 minutes :D Yes, I'm still doing them, even if I don't need to after last weeks grinding. Making a 25k profit is still a 25k profit :sly:

I've been thinking the past day of my decision of what exactly was the best thing that came from this DLC. It still hasn't changed after one Online session with it. Now let's hand it down. First: My nominees.

Pegassi Faggio Mod - for being a SKEUTA BRUDDAZ wet dream come true. I really liked it. It was somewhat dirt cheap (let's face it, it is at the game's economy), and it opened up to people on Mod culture. Problem is.. it's still a useless scooter (except for wheelie daily, it's still super duper at that), and not everybody would like to go SKEUTA BRUDDAZ-ing with me.

LCC Sanctus - All unique points and being the custom chopper we wanted in one package. With amazing acceleration, being able to burnout like a boss and it's unique red lamp makes it miles away from the other LCC bikes in the update, but it's price, difficulty to ride (handling is horrible), and probable time gate turns it off from being a winner.

Pegassi Esskey - A very nice to ride dirt bike, rivaling that of the Sanchez. Even though it's not as cheap than the much lesser Manchez, it's a lot nicer than it, but I have to consider price as well. I hope we can use it on Off-Road, or else..

BF Raptor - Okay, I'm joking here. Move along.

Nagasaki Street Blazer - A well needed upgrade for ATV fans around the world. But it only satisfies so few, and this is a Biker DLC, so it'd be proper if I chose something with 2 wheels.

Western Nightblade - Excellent cruiser performance, and stunning customization. I really liked what it offered, but it just didn't click as much towards me as the winner of this DLC. It came really close to winning it, actually.

So.. in my eyes, what won the Bikers DLC? (you don't have to agree with me, like every other DLC)

The Western Wolfsbane!

But how? While the Nightblade is just plain better in just about everything else, it's about what the Wolfsbane is that makes it stand out.

How? Notice how this DLC is jabbed towards biker gangs and, well, GTA IV had a Biker themed expansion starring Johnny and the Lost in Liberty City. While the Nightblade was there, and rare as well, the real unicorn (ala Asea before it's eventual stocking in Southern SA) in that game was the Wolfsbane. You only had, I think, very few chances to get it, and unless you knew how, it hardly ever spawns at all. Lucky for most of us that we finally get the chance to get on one now in GTA Online.

Performance wise is very similar to a Bagger, which is yet another point I'd like to make: performance will not win this contest, or else I'd have things like the X80 (that I still have scars driving from) to win when it's the new scrub super to get. While the Wolfsbane and Nightblade are obviously nowhere near the Shotaro, they're just about 100k for one, and you don't need more to say you own a nice bike. Moreover, the Shotaro just isn't going to cut it due to it's 2.2 million price tag, had to make us play a stupid adversary mode, and obvious shark card lure with their weird Tron themed biker outfits. KANEDA!! okay i needed to say that.

But what exactly sealed the deal? Well, the Wolfsbane is a classic cruiser bike from the 60s, based from I think is the Harley-Davidson Sportster family. So, you can make it a timeless, modern bike, or go classic..

Like so. Or you can go even further back and get the Rat Bike.. which is the Wolfsbane with a walking stick.

It even has a rattly, mechanical sound of older bikes. I heard it after I tried it on from my little brother's garage while on a bike buying spree, and this was after short rides on the Daemon-2, the Nightblade and the Zombie. After only a few revs, that sound itself made me go HOLY *BLEEP* like some bizarre, buffed up old man, get to my phone and buy the damn thing on impulse, while I was on the rails on getting the Nightblade (which I might get soon).

Appropriately for a biker gang themed DLC, nothing else fits better to win it for me than something you'd normally see on a biker gang.

tl:dr
VERY RARE in GTA IV, and we're lucky it's here not being rare, so consider it a treat.
Is affordable, and looks great without any modifications.
Adaptable for either a classic or modern or even scrub look (I've yet to find whoever paints it pink).
Mechanical sound is king.

No love for the Zombie choppers. Bah!

I was going through mod menus to play around the Sanctus that I will buy and gave a consideration for the Zombies earlier today.

While, in obviously my skewed opinion, that I would go back to the Wolfsbane just straight after and prefer it altogether, I did enjoy my ride with one. It's no Sanctus, but it goes to show this is one DLC with a lot of ups in terms of vehicle diversity and quality. My only regret amongst these beauties is that I had to choose one winner.

The Wolfsbane is the only Biker DLC vehicle I've purchased, simply because...

Even gave it a purple and black colour scheme. A shame I couldn't match the purple on the gun though.

Which game is that?

Also I have got a street blazer and that is my favourite at the moment. It just looks so cool with all the aero on it.

That is a dirt bike? Wow, I thought the Manchez was the only new dirt bike.

The Esskey is a Ducati Scrambler. At first glance it's obviously a dirt bike. But researching said model a bit more gave me this conclusion: who was it that wanted a cafe racer again?

I'm positive it has the tools to be one.. I have to check again.
