I was hearing rumors that they where going to make a Cop mode and you could play as a Cop and work your way up ranks.
But most say they have given up on making more Heists, which imo the current ones are flawed due to any disconnection restarts the game.

That could be interesting, especially if personal vehicles could get lightbars, sirens, and other police modifications. Rockstar has proven that they aren't limited with what can be done in-game. The Cunning Stunts update and the Nagasaki Shotaro are just a few examples of how extreme they are willing to go. For the longest time, they were only going for a semi-realistic setting with criminals ranging from your typical street gangsters all the way to corrupt private militias. Now, you can race your TRON lightcycle down giant Hot Wheels-style tracks three miles in the sky while wearing a glow-in-the-dark tribal pattern body suit.

What's the best way of making money as a CEO? Just spent about 1.75 mil on the cheapest(!!) office and warehouse combo + gun rack, but I guess I need another couple of mil to get a vehicle warehouse and garage.

With a Buzzard, these are the jobs to do:
Headhunter (in city),
Hostile Takeover (LSIA or Altruist, whichever is closer)
and Sightseer (better if you're consistent with some advanced Hydra techniques).
Approximately 200k an hour, more if you're an associate and the CEO assigns Point to Point during cooldowns.

The rather ugly looking GTB is $1.189 million. The Benny's conversion I'm guessing is 500-600 grand.

My advice: don't convert, especially if you're making the car street legal.
