My internet is still down after a month and 4 days (shameful...) and I'm also going on trips so unfortunately no playtime for me for now. What's new?
Aside from the new adversary modes and new cars, not much else IIRC.
Two Pegasus vehicles, the Karin Technical and Insurgent Pick Up can now be converted to personal vehicles in the MOC, each with their own researchable upgrades.
As for rich "civilians", you have the Vagner (Aston Martin Valkyrie) which is currently the 2nd fastest Supercar around Bourghy1322's test track, same story for the Cheetah Classic (Ferrari Testorossa) in the Sports Classic class.
Also in Sports Classics is the Torero (Lamborghini Countach) in 5th place and the last and more recent car which is a little less civilian and more stylish dictator transporter is the HVY Nightshark which is quite a hybrid in GTA Online.
It's got armour plating options, but you don't need a MOC unless you want a livery on it, it's got machine guns mounted in the front bumpers and while not great, can still get the job done.
It's very agile and has quite good pushing power, but unlike its bigger brothers the insurgents, it doesn't have a unique symbol on the map to let others know what your driving, similar story to the Dukes O Death, Armoured Karuma and I can only assume the upcoming Ardent which'll also have fixed front machine guns will also appear normal on radar too.
The Nightshark hasn't been tested by Broughy yet, but for the Off Road class it's in I'll be very surprised if it isn't one of the fastest cars in that class.
