Yeah I see lots of people do that. I usually took the plane and then just flew above the beaches or the desert upside down. I guess now that I have the Nokota I‘ll use that instead of the stunt plane

Reading you mention the PC, that's another level of hell. I've already read 3 Reddit posts from new guys who were ready to quit b/c modders put them in cages or completely bricked their games til' they restarted.

It's even worse on the old consoles because of not only the modders but the fact that literally everyone has modded accounts as well. I always tell people that it isn't worth playing it on the PS3 if you don't know a modder. Even that doesn't save you from being screwed though- it just mitigates the screwing you get when another modder wants you dead since your modder can keep the other one(s) occupied for a while (but not before you get screwed with). I stopped caring about it though since I use a modded account myself and all I need to do is have my modder fix that account if another modder takes my stats from me.

Yeah, I've heard about those issues as well; 1 person said his friend's entire account was basically wiped & reset to Rank 1 with no money. He was asking if Rockstar would help, and everyone basically told him, "old-gen is dead to them".

Is Rockstar even aware of the recent fluctuations in the GTA Online servers? They just seem to be blindly updating the Status page every 6 hours saying 'UP' when they clearly aren't at their full potential. It's so annoying to have to play dress-up with my character just to force a 'Save Successful' message.

Ok good. Im not the only one having that issue. Though, it did work out for me somehow. I quit in the middle of a mission, had a bit over 50k in hand. When i got back on later that day, i magically had 98k...

This baby is primed for some serious custom upgrades, and you can also swing this Sports Classic over to the Vehicle Workshop inside your Avenger or Mobile Operations Center to be kitted out with a couple of front-facing rapid fire machine guns for good measure.

Swap outfits until you get the yellow circle, that's pretty much the best way to do it.

For the past few days, aside from the servers being a mess, any bounty I collect in game doesn't register. I kill them and the bounty remains on them.

Nothing too important but I do like bounty hunting.

Honestly, what is the point of these machine guns? They take forever to destroy unarmored cars with direct fire. Good luck trying to kill a target in a reasonable amount of time if they keep weaving out of your line of fire. You're better off trying to snipe them with a Micro SMG than these things.

If you're trying to kill a player while they're on foot you're better off just plowing into them at 120 mph, provided they don't blow you up first.

If they’re anything like the Ardent guns, they’re pretty much dual SMGs mounted too low and too far apart to hit anything important.

Yes and by the cops.

It happened when I was inside my Avenger at LSIA whilst parked on the tarmac and operating the gun turrets.

I’d decided to test out the effectiveness in low visibility weather (snow + morning fog= You’d be lucky to see anything in those conditions on the turret cameras.) and I quickly built up a 5 star wanted level, still parked on the ground at this point mind you.

Then either a cop somehow snuck in or the game just decided to flip the table on me as the screen goes black, then it shows me exiting the cameras then it tells me I’m busted.

I respawn at the police station next to the impound lot, my Avenger is still at LSIA, It didn’t look like I lost much or any money or weapons either.

It's comforting knowing that you still had all your stuff. I went on GT for an hour or so, just logged back into GTA before bed and it still won't load

Yup. I had 5 stars when I was creating chaos with @STI9 ‘s Avenger, while parked on the street when he was shopping for clothes. All of the sudden I got busted. But if you have a 2-star wantedlevel, they’ll shoot you. Makes sense

The latest frozen money glitch (allows you to buy anything as many times as you want as long as you have the money) has been around for more than a week and people are going crazy. The combination of thousands of Deluxos being bought and sold everywhere, Christmas noobs flooding lobbies and (although not anymore) snow causing wild lag for some reason seems to have overloaded R*'s toasters servers. Still not an excuse for the sheer incompetence on their part, taking 8+ days to patch a huge money glitch and running an AAA online game on P2P servers...

What glitch is that? Saw one that was patched.

Boots it in safe mode. Dont think it will make any difference though.

I think they just patched it. Spawning in MP as SP character now just kicks you right back to SP
