I still have 3.4 million and all my businesses up and running. Plus, how do know for sure there's an update coming or what it is for sure?

There is something called the QABeta which I think is something to do with the games coding and you can see when this QABeta has been updated on Steam. usually when the QAbeta gets updated then there is something on the way.

As I mentioned in my previous post, after getting the Lazer and going nearly broke I went into overdrive on the grind and I’m currently on 8.1 million.

Whatever is coming, if a new place is needed to bought, I should hopefully be good for all that good stuff, unless R* has something to outprice the Luxor Deluxe jet in which case the grind continues.

I back at $4.2 million after cleaning out some stockpile I had in my vehicle warehouse and the I/E warehouse. I think I can get up to $6 million by tomorrow or the next day.

I've just took my Custom Buccaneer to Benny's. It said I didn't have custom wheels on it, which I did (chrome low rider wired ones) but it did let me paint them, the thing is, the paint colours chrome. So now I have some amazing gold chrome wheels! I tried lots of colours and yep, every paint was coloured chrome. Some of them look great.

It's some sort of glitch but it's pretty cool.

On the Donk, the colour chrome wheels reset to plain chrome when you return to the garage but the colour chrome is back when you drive out or request the car from the mechanic. On the buccaneer the colour remain in the garage ***

I had a theory that since you can now place props underwater in the creator now, I always thought rockstar was preparing for yet another stunt racing update with the new doomsday vehicles featuring the Deluxo and the Stromberg.

This double cash and rp event for stunt races might be showing signs my idea is bound to come to life especially considering this event started after Rockstar got done drip feeding all the other vehicles. Plus people have been talking about updates getting smaller after the doomsday heist update so this could be the start of them for 2018. Keep in mind though, all of this may not necessarily guaranteed that the next update will be a new stunt race update. We just got to wait and see.

I'm going to ignore what I said yesterday and see what happens anyway when I put it officially "out there". Which also says a lot about this.

Spoiler: Ambitiousness that'll almost certainly prove a waste

I have basically got all the details worked out for a.. quite significantly ambitious freemode event/roleplay. Cutting to the chase, it's basically a mini rally, but fully in-depth. I told you it was out there.

GTA will let us cram total of 30 people into a session, so - being the selectively optimistic individual I am - I've got 30 "roles" people can take, from actually participating in the rally, being a course marshal, standing at either the start- or finish line - even being the emergency crew, just in case.

It would be a somewhat-fully timed thing (i.e. if I stand at the start, I'll note down who starts at what in-game minute, and whoever stands on the finish line notes who finishes at what in-game minute and we'll time people down to every in-game minute), because it's a mini-rally I'm looking at three stages in the general vicinity of Paleto Bay/Mount Chiliad where two are repeated and, for reasons of authenticity, entry would be limited to vehicles with a rally look to them, i.e. racing livery, rollcage etc.

Course marshals would mainly serve to close any road where AI cars may be an issue (should only be a few) and otherwise be authentic. I've yet to decide if certain clothing items should be mandatory for marshals of any kind.

Emergency crew.. again, just for authenticity. Someone has a crash and 'splodarises, a firetruck arrives to extinguish the fire, an ambulance arrives to take the driver to the hospital, the stage is cancelled and so on and so forth.

Oh and because we're doing this in freemode, damage carries over between stages minus the one time competitiors return to rally HQ (I'm thinking the truck stop at Paleto Bay for various reasons. Also if anyone has an MOC - regardless if Personal Vehicle Storage or not - feel free to bring it along for reasons of authenticity) for service. Because timing should work relatively flawlessly, it should be possible to announce the winner while still in the lobby.

Total time I'd expect this to take if all goes well? About an hour at most.

I enter an 8 player lobby, all randoms crews. I'm taking pictures when some idiot comes up and fails to kill me. I kill him then go back to the photos. I get kicked from the lobby obviously.

Next lobby I enter is full. Two dudes come up to me, I give them hell and they take no damage, and kill me 3 times. Thanks to the latest god mode glitch.

They then tear up everyone. Like no remorse. I text the players they are killing who are trying to retaliate that they are in god mode.....not one person kicks them. Infact most of them tell me to "stfu". Fine, whatever. I was just pointing out their futile attempts and PvP wasn't going to end well.

I'm all for kick votes if it's warranted but it's a badly abused system and when it is needed nothing seems to get done.

This game sometimes is a confusing mess of idiots and the annoying.

That's the general GTA community for ya. Even attempting to negotiate with most players usually ends up with them spewing generic insults at you.

I don't have a problem with randoms because there really aren't that many.

I've only had a few bad encounters but generally I just stay with crew members. I had one encounter where a random sent "We cool?" And we went about doing our own business runs the entire night.

BTW shoutout to @Marcus Garvey for always hosting a public session all afternoon and night past 2 AM in the morning. Never had a problem in any of the sessions. Thank you, Marcus! 👍

I agree. It's very rare that a random will get through my firewall filters. When they do I immediately initiate contact to make sure they aren't going to mess with me. 9 times out of 10 they just do their own thing, enjoying that the lobby is essentially empty.

Is there a surefire way of making the car you want show up in that LS Customs iFruit app? I may have slightly taken advantage of the current discounts and acquired a second Tropos so I now have a road version and a rally version (inevitably in Air Herler livery), and I kind of sort of need to do the thing with painting the stock wheels. I know the rest of the process just fine, but I cannot for the life of me get that specific Tropos to show up.

See, I've tried that. For the last few hours. I've even tried bleeding the list of my other Tropos (which apparently made it onto there) just to check it wasn't the game getting confused, but no.

It seems like it just doesn't want to work right now, as evidenced by me having 9 cars on my list right now, and if there were a 10th, I'm fairly certain it would be that Tropos.

Before closing off yesterday, I decided to "flush" the system thanks to the Biker mechanic (seriously though, why is there a timer on the regular mechanic and why can he not send your cars back to the garage?), and, correctly so, when logging back on today, it'd show seven bikes (I have no idea what happened to the other 3). It'd even added my Vacca when I called that one in after selling a Bunker shipment and my Cheetah after I sat in it while it was in an Office Garage.

So I make the effort of going outside, manually phoning the mechanic for the Tropos, and there's still no sign of it, either on Social Club or in the companion app.

It's almost as if it's a figment of my own imagination. Or the entire system is broken beyond belief, which, all things considered, is an equally likely outcome.

Have you tried destroying it or getting it impounded?
