I recently lost all of my garage items, which I managed to get back through spending tons of GTA$. Then I come to find out that all of the vehicles I bought from Pegasus are gone as well. You can grind cop kills, as they only go up 1 at a time.

I think you get XP for having 5 stars. So "x" minutes of 5 stars is "x" XP. I think it works like that. Don't trust me though I know for sure you get XP, but not sure how exactly.

Yeah, the guy that found said he was getting XP. Also, from my experience, sometimes the Cops can't find you, so you can escape from 4 star wanted levels with ease

No, you don't get any RP killing cops.
Just keep your wanted level up and you got some RP, I think it works with 4 starts too.

I just killed a level 4 around 50 times with my tank. Then, when it blew up, I went passive and left.

I have more cash than that, but I'm around the same level. Don't really care to go crazy on leveling up, although it sucks I can't do full modifications for my cars. Thankfully I have had some help with that lately.

Just figured out a wicked technique if you own an infernus that makes you almost invincible, chase down your target of choice.. in reverse with the AP pistol. They can't shoot through the louvers on the back window so they end up very angry to say the least.

I found something interesting. The windows on the Police Transporter are bullet-proof, but you can shoot through the windscreen, essentially making you invincible, since most people will aim at the windows instead of the engine, tires, etc and you can shoot or run over them easily.

Was it the 5 star bank camp? If so that was clskier and me. I liked it alot! But I did find out you can't drive cars or bikes through the doors there is an invisible wall preventing them from doing so.

Came up with a new game type, capture the player (Up to 7 on 7 with 2 balls), the game is simple, the balls can't fight back and must get into a vehicle when one is driven into them. In order to mark the balls, they must have a bounty on their head, should you kill the ball, you must put the bounty on the ball. The goals will be predetermined before the game. Also, the ball must have spawning set to last location.
