Where does that spawn and can you save it?

Either get a 3 star wanted level or follow someone that has a wanted level already.

Most people I play with kill me thru the windshield, so it'd be useless for me.=/

That's strange. I've never had that happen. Maybe it's just the bottom part of the windscreen (aka the part everyone aims at because they rely on ato aim all the time.) that's protected.

I think I just found a glitch. Whenever you take off a mask (Only tried the brown ape mask), your character becomes bald.

Good to know I'm wearing radioactive masks. -_-

Ok. Wasn't sure if others have found it. Took off the mask and I'm like "The hell happened to my hair?!" I then proceeded to get back my original haircut and buy a tie for my suit. Stupid me put the Ape mask back on, so I'll have to fix that again some other time.

It's been mentioned many times in comments on Social Club. I've had it happen to me, and I think @Dean said he had it happen to him as well. Not much we can do about it, except bring attention to it, if you don't wanna have to buy a new haircut whenever you wear a full-head mask.

Which is why I prefer the Carnival masks, they're face only.

Does he still have the same lines as in singleplayer? IE: If he gets hurt, he shouts in pain; If he flips someone off, he'll say something at them; etc...

Nope he's completely silent like a MP character. Using mics will make his mouth move, and he can perform the actions in the Interaction Menu (i.e. smoking, drinking, eating, etc.)

That might explain why @ZDUPH was not showing up on the player list, or on the in-game friends list when I tried to join. Also I tried calling Merryweather for a helicopter pickup and it wouldn't accept the command, and was incredibly slow in putting the phone away trying to cancel the call. I tried a couple more times before giving up and leaving.

What is the new low risk way of getting lots of RP in a short amount of time? By low risk I mean almost no dying or police.

I really want to get to rank 70 so I can finally buy a Rhino.

Pretty sure it's just random races and missions (other than crim. records).
Golf can net you a reliable 2.8k RP but takes a while.
I guess you could keep shooting pedestrians outside of LSC and quickly driving in to get RP for escaping a wanted level, but IDK if that would work.

Yup, I have had that happen to me as well. Though, it's only been with the masks that cover your entire head, not just the face.

You don't need even complete mission since you got max RP during playing it (5k is max RP)

You can forget wanted level messin, since it gives very low amount of RP, just simply do missions.
But if you want play with cops I got 100% sure cop killing\hiding spot, I try bit later make video about that 👍

Brad showed of his skills with the miniguns on the Buzzard, while I derped and kept crashing into him (Sorry! I suck!).
