And that's why you're a bad sport! No but really, I don't get it either. It's ok to kill people as much as you want, but blow up their (probably insured) vehicle and you're a bad guy. I'd rather pay the insurance excess than lose $2000 every time I die, but then I haven't had to pay the excess for my Comet yet. I wonder how much the more expensive cars cost when they die?

Also I noticed something interesting today; you can only sell cars worth up to $50k to LSC. Might be something to bear in mind, i.e. Don't buy cars off the internet thinking you'll be able to sell them to get a chunk of that money back.

Don't know if anyone saw this but I will take it.

Given some of the recent technical issues during these first days of GTA Online, and now that things are starting to look much smoother (touch wood!), we are planning to provide a special stimulus package for all who have played or will play Grand Theft Auto Online this month. We will be dropping a cool half a million GTA$ in the GTA Online bank accounts of all players this month, starting as early as next week.

To qualify is listed below

• You must play or have played Grand Theft Auto Online at any time during the month of October 2013 in order to qualify for the GTA$500,000 deposit in your in-game bank account.
• Players will first have to install a forthcoming GTAV title update which we expect to happen next week. That title update (1.04) is expected to fix the remaining instances of issues that have caused vehicle purchase loss and will also enable the functionality through which we’ll be providing this GTA$ stimulus cash to players.
• We will announce at the Rockstar Newswire when each deposit is made.
• Each of the two GTA$250,000 deposits will be made by Rockstar and should automatically appear in the in-game GTA Online bank accounts of eligible players. Beyond downloading the forthcoming title update mentioned above, there should not be any additional special action required by eligible players to redeem.

Nope. It's $500,000 to ALL players who have played during the month of October. That means if you played in September and haven't gotten into GTAO yet this month, or if you wait until November, you won't get the money. And the said all you have to do is play. Seems like if you pick up and play for a few minutes, as long as the servers read you've played during October, you'll get monies.

Also...Rockstar has a lot of FREE DLC coming. Heists, Content Creator and a Beach Bum Pack are just a few of the free content coming.

Is there a limit to how much you can bet during a race?

I just thought (probably common knowledge) if 2 people are grinding races, taking turns to win. You could both bet on each other to win and make even more cash..?

My friends and I do this as we trade off wins. As mentioned you can bet up to 2500 on a player, with that amount you win $1000. Make sure someone bets $100 on another player who wont win, otherwise bets cant be placed. Also you'll need at least 3 people so that you can all bet on the winner, with 2 players you can only bet on yourself.

I just looked at some stats on the rockstar site and our crew has made $87,000 alone from bets on races.

I've been hopping in and out of our gtp crew missions for a few days and it's been great. I try to be a good teammate! Trying to get some garage space! I did a few ac130 missions with a few of you!

Just wanted to say hey y'all!

Good story. When I just joined the crew I joined a lobby with a few gtp members and I was in the middle of the desert around zancudo on foot. I was running for 5 minutes and someone here hit me doing 100mph and left me for dead. I was twirling 30 feet in the air! Well I survived that hit! Mang!!

I then died tumbling down a mountain I was jumping up

It's been awesome and I always think gtp will have a leg up racing anyone else!!!

Servers are acting up against me tonight. Numerous time-outs trying to locate sessions and I keep getting 'Unable to connect to session' message when trying to join friends. Anyone else having similar issues?

Something I think is unfair about the bad sport system. Im just driving about with a fellow crew member when all of a sudden he is iced by some 10 year old with the obsession of violating certain individuals mothers, I obliterate him in his car for killing our crew member, I get a bad sport warning for blowing up his car? So I can murder as many online people as I want but if they are in their car I get the bad sport warning if I blow it up..

You can become a bad sport really easily. I "Barrowed" someone's car last night who had killed me. (To be fair, I did mistake him for someone with a bounty.) And "parked" it in the channel. I got a warning. It was fun, though.

On a different note, I joined a friend's lobby on Boneyard and managed to play through a round before we all somehow died on round 5, and when I returned to freemode I checked my weapon wheel and I had the following weapons that I definitely didn't have before:
- Combat Pistol
- SMG
- Assault rifle (!)
- Assault shotgun (!!)
- Combat MG (!!!!!)
... sometimes GTA V Online has glitches that work in your favour rather than deleting your character...

Today was productive anyway... went from $19k to $97k, maxed out my driving skill, changed my character's clothes and got an El Camino lookalike.

Not shown - my Pegassi Ruffian motorbike (you can sort of see a wheel behind the Landstalker)

Didn't some here say earlier that you can trade in garages and other properties? I have nearly 100k right now, so it might be worth trading in my 6-car garage for a 10-car garage (but only if I keep the cars in my current garage)

Today while I stole a Titan that someone had landed at the airfield, my friend wanted a ride so I landed and some 🤬 kept killing him and when I was turning around to take off, some piece of 🤬 comes up on a motorcycle and suicide bombs me.

Also, quick question: I know you can't have two houses, but could you have, for example, an apartment with a 6 car garage along with a separate 10 car garage?
