I can help. Right now I'm just trying to see if there's a way to wear a bandana and bulletproof helmet at the same time.
There was a way, but I think it's been patched. Supposedly it causes issues with lag or something.

Just to clarify, you can not access your garages anymore in the Pacific Standard Heist anymore, right? Can you access them in any other mission?
Nope. You can still enter your garage during the heist. Not sure about other players.
We are starting the job with 6 of 4 players.

Glitches are back it seems.
I was in a lobby of 20 people for The Los Santos Connection the other day.

Cruising around with @Marcus Garvey last night with his Schafter V12 and we passed this on a hill towards the Observatory.

We drove by pretty fast the first time and I thought it was a tribute to a fallen comrade....we turned around and it was a horribly misplaced undersea plant. It was solid and was able to climb on the thing.

It's been there since the beginning of the game. I'm not sure if it was a mistake, or an easter egg. When I've got nothing to do I often hang out there. I find a lot of people don't know that it's there. When you enter the area, it does not immediately spawn, which is why I drove up the other ridge for a moment waiting for it to pop up.

I just done it yesterday with a friend and he done it.

Awesome!

Would you guys say the Schafter V12 is safer than the Armored Kuruma? Of course it's much faster than it, and can survive an explosion (Which is unlikely to happen during PSJ), but the windows take like ten shots to break, right?

I've got to say, I've never seen it before, and I've had this game since release.

Also, is anyone with a yacht here willing to let me have a look? Haven't had chance to look around one yet and I don't have enough money to buy one myself.

I'll have to check out this coral structure later today. I'm going out soon. What side of the hill is it on?

It is WSW of the observatory, NW of Sierra Towers. Eclipse Towers, that is. It is on the third ridge south of observatory road. My best suggestion for finding it is looking at the angle it holds relative to the observatory in the photo below, and drive around the area for a moment to allow it to spawn.

It's not in what I would consider a traffic-heavy area. I hang out in random places all over the map, which is how I initially stumbled upon it not long after the game was out on PS3.

I have yachts on most characters, so you're welcome to check it out as is anyone here.

If you haven't seen one by the time we're done with this heist, I'll let you see mine.

I mean, I can see them in the sea out in lobbies, but I don't fancy climbing aboard a random one, since I know most people in public lobbies take a shoot-whatever-moves approach.

Bailed from @Marcus Garvey gold Luxor, and was surprised I didn't die

Is the Gold Luxor any stronger than the regular Shamal/Luxor? I know that it is heavier and handles differently, but I haven't tested it's durability yet.

Being the driver in the Pacific Standard job is quite nerve wrecking.

Also.

Anyone up for Series A?

Servers have been doing fine all day but now I'm getting regular mass disconnects.

No where near as safe as the kuruma. If you keep it movin no AI will ever kill you in a Kuruma. As for explosions is may be safer but I've rarely been blown up and when I do I don't care because they are forking the bill for the insurance.

Agreed, the Kuruma offers superior protection against bullets, better than any other car imo. The bulletproof glass in the V12 is really not much better than standard windows when you consider that you will be getting shot with an automatic weapon. The Insurgent offers hardly any protection from bullets. The tiebreaking round in Rockets Vs Insurgents swaps RPGs for pistols and it makes it really easy.
