I find the BAWSAQ to be more useful than the LCN. With BAWSAQ, stocks can drop to very low prices and rise up quickly. Two days ago Whiz was at $0.20. I invested all of my $150 million with Trevor and sold them for around $950 million when they had risen two days later.

It may take longer but it's more useful than the wonky system of the LCN.

I think BAWSAQ finally started moving again after a few months of inactivity. Keep an eye on Whiz, it seems to be the best for investing. I bought Whiz about 4 days ago 0.05 and sold at 0.53

Then yesterday I bought Whiz at 0.10, I'll check it again after work. However it seems that the BAWSAQ on the Social Club is not in sync with the Game's prices though.

Got the last heist done and got the maximum amount for it. Just have to finish the final mission and get the heist money before taking on the assassination missions.

Working on the assassination missions. Started the bus one, realized it wasn't Monday so I loaded back to after the vice assassination which I had previously finished working the stocks on. When I loaded up the save, the Facade stock was at 24% profit, so I kept sleeping and checking and it eventually shot up to 66%, which was twice as much as it was suppose to be since I originally sold off the stocks when it hit 33% on what was suppose to be a 30% profit. Now I'm sitting at 1.5 to 1.6 billion on each character with one assassination mission left to do.

If everything goes right, with the 80% profit on the last stock, my characters will have over 2.7 billion each, and I haven't even done the strangers and freaks hitchhiker with the Tinkle stocks....

I need to keep track of my BAWSAQ stocks more often, I had shares in Crevis which have just plummeted. No more cocaine parties for Michael...

I never paid attention to the stock market until this second playthrough. Probably due to fear of losing money, but I've since learned otherwise.

Then I realized I could have gotten the trophy for spending 250 million combined by exploiting the buy system in the stock market.

I mathed incorrectly. Still ended up with 2.1 billion for each character.

Now.. to go back to my original save file and work the stock market there or continue on and get to 100% with the new file and all the money...

I find it strange that the Sniper Rifle is modeled after the Arctic Warfare Police rifle - a gun that is famous for being a one-shot kill to the chest in the Counter Strike video game series - yet it takes more than one hit to the chest to kill an enemy. Shouldn't the Heavy Sniper be modeled after the AWP in this case?

I'm pretty sure most guns would be a one-shot kill to the chest.

@Custom878 You clearly know more about weapons in this game than I ever could. Can you tell me if it's true that I don't have to arc my shots with the Grenade Launcher? I know I have to lead my shots with moving targets, but I read on the GTA Wiki that you don't have to arc your shots; the Grenade Launcher automatically compensates for that and will hit any target you point it at (Within range of the projectile, of course).

I have no idea if you have to or not.

You definitely have to arc your shots with the grenade launcher.

Ok. I was wondering since I have horrible aim. I never land shots properly unless they're nearby and not moving.

EDIT: I did get a lucky shot on a Buzzard once during a grinding session of the Boneyard Survival. :D

You couldn't believe how happy I was when I got it. And it was my first try against the chopper!

Easiest way to take down helicopters is to shoot the tail rotor. 2-3 LMG/sniper rifle bullets and it's going down since the rotor gets destroyed.

If you can get the angle right, you can take out people in no-mans land LSC from the parking garage. I found it quite useful.

Gotta try that next time. I usually put about a hundred bullets from my M249 into the fuselage, not counting the shots I miss. :(

@CallmeDan - No need to arc at close range, just a little further than throwing distance. Getting some distance shots with a perfect arc is awesome.

Ok. Thanks!

By no-man's land LSC, you mean the one in Burton (AKA Vinewood LSC)? And by parking garage, you mean the parking spaces about a story-and-a-half above the entrance to LSC?
