You can also quick scope and no scope, too now.
You could always do that (In GTA IV, go into cover mode and switch to the sniper, you can shoot without aiming) but now if you hold down the fire button half-way, you get the standard reticule. It's a bit tricky because your reticule is slightly to the right of your target when in close proximity. The further away you get, the closer the reticule is towards the target.

I just had the worst chase ever: I flew a blimp low over Fort Zancudo, then led the army down the Great Ocean Highway at about 10 miles per hour.

The pilot is sometimes hard to make out, and it requires him to be facing you rather than the co-pilot, and it's a much smaller target than the rotor... shooting the rotor is generally easier unless you're playing as Michael.

Anyone else lost game progression today?
This morning I had nearly $1.5m in the bank and a brand new Zetorno in the garage.
Tonight only $219k and NO Zetorno.
My race win count has also gone down dropping my mods on several other vehicles.
SERIOUSLY PISSED!!!
I have sent a ticket to R* already, so now I have to wait.
and yes I know many here think the Zetorno sucks, I'm one of them, but for the races it's the only way to be competitive and win.

Anyone else annoyed with not being able to move while in Snapmatic? I know that some YouTubers use Snapmatic for first person view and just crop out the rest of the text. If we could zoom using L2/R2 instead of the left stick, we could actually move around for cinematic shots where it's necessary to move while filming.
Another thing that I would love (But might be very difficult to implement) is the ability to shoot very short videos on Snapmatic. Make them like Vines or Instagram videos: about 10 seconds long. I know these would eventually take up a huge amount of space on Rockstar's cloud servers, but it would be a cool consideration. Most machinimas (Not the awful YouTube network; the films made in video games) are like normal films, so each shot would not last for more than 10 seconds. If someone wanted to make a machinima, they could record multiple 10-second videos, then download them off RGSC and put them into a video editing software, then they can string the videos together and add or change things.

Just did the LTS playlist with randoms, nearly died of boredom.
5 LTS matches with 2 rounds to each. I'm not designed for DM stuff and my team were pretty lame most of the time.
