Too many of us in the same boat. :indiff:

Easy answer... not in my budget..
I need $3000 in dental work and my car needs attention not to mention living expenses and bills... throw in 2 kids and A WIFE.. PS12 gets released when I can afford PS4.

Some people think cars, homes and kids are expensive, but nothing really compares to the other half.

Dental bills, a wife, an ex wife, four kids, hip surgery, and living expenses prevent one from being in my budget anytime soon.

I know how you feel...i've just bought a new car and between you an me, planning a baby for early next year.

I find myself saving up money just to have incase of unforeseen circumstances, but seeing how the new car has a warranty i think i can splash some cash normally kept aside for breakdowns on a PS4.

I was just wondering why the PS4 being so popular, and already has quite a few games i'd love to play (and of course the release of GTAv) on it made me think why a lot of people are against having one....circumstances permitting

Edit. Damn site saves posts abs the post button is pretty sensitive.

Turbo, so that mean you gonna check out iRacing too?

Good thing they all come with 500GB drives.
Well, that's a whole 10 games you can fit on there then!

Seriously though, I think 1tb would have been more appropriate for the new consoles. I guess the Xbox One at least has full support for external drives, dunno about the PS4 though.

Good thing not all games are that expansive in data. Plus, it's just like the PS3, so you can swap out to a 1TB or even 2TB HDD if you so desire.

I haven't really looked at the PS4 since getting it, but I'm glad this is still an option. When I saw it had a 500GB HDD and then installed The Last of Us and Destiny, I started to think I'm gonna have to upgrade it.

Thanks to Horizon 2 I decided if I were to get a next generation console anytime soon, it'd be the Xbox One. Other than the fact that I loose 95% of my friends, it's cheaper over here and the games are much more my genre.

Horizon 2 pretty much sold me on the One too. I'll almost certainly be picking up GTA V on it though.

Gah, I've got one more Knife Flight to go (I think - I crashed on the last one I did, and only got a glimpse at the message, but I'm sure it said I had done fourteen of them), but I just can't do it! I'm sure it's the one just north of the film studios, where you have to dip down to a very low altitude before twisting over.

Hooray, I finally did it! I just had to kamikaze into the street a few times, but I made it.

But this double post :(

But on that note 👍

So, now that I have an internet connection - albeit a pre-paid wireless one - I've downloaded the Beach Bum, High Life and I'm Not A Hipster updates.

Am I the only one who finds the Benefactor Panto as ridiculous as it is stupidly fun? With full upgrades to engine, gearbox, suspension and turbo, stick the Rack Full o' Crap on the roof, and you get a tall, narrow car with a high centre of gravity that will roll over at the slightest provocation.

hopefully the ps4 version will have a bit more volume. ps3 version was not loud enough. had headphones on max and sounded crap, but on last of us sound was that good i couldnt have max volume.

I don't think I ever rolled my Panto -especially with the Rack Full o' Crap installed- unless I hit a ramp or launched myself off uneven terrain.

GTAV plays as loud through my devices as any other game. I'm guessing a setting or two is your culprit.

I seem to have a problem with all of Rockstar's games being too quiet. I always have to turn the volume up when I play them, and then down again when I play any other game.

i tried all different in game audio settings. iam not that daft ! you can only really change the sound direction in game.its really quiet compared to other games. its only loud when stuff explodes, nowhere near enough ambient noise. i have a tritton 720+ headset.its def the game not me !

Fun thing happened today

Playing as Trevor and got 3 stars for going into Los Santos airport.

Was in a Comet and had a bunch of the police chasing me, I cut across both runways and noticed the airliner taking off had smacked into the police cars, turned left, smacked into a sign (Really... The damage models are awful for them...) and blew up.

Second fun thing. More of a game.

Take a Besra training jet and fly it over the military base on the west coast. See how long you can survive without being shot down.

Record for me is 12:53

Sorry you feel that my attempt to be helpful was demeaning.
no,not at all, sorry if thats how i came across, and your right, it usually is the culprit, but not this time, i spent ages messing with the game sound.i think that the sound in game is heavily compressed which is why it is quiet.really hope they crank it up. peace
