Okay, going to begin work on the historic Japanese Grand Prix series now. Can someone inform me if the Jaguar XJ13 with a High-RPM Turbo is up to par with the stock Toyota 7 and Chaparral 2J?

I haven't tried them, but I wouldn't think so, but I expect they can be balanced. Will give them a go tomorrow

Announcement series​

The Gran Turismo Touring Car Championship (GTTCC) will be returning for a second series, after an enjoyable, successful and mildly popular first season.

Sign ups are now open, with new drivers receiving first choice in cars.

We will also be holding Support races, so feel free to pop in for a look.

The GT World Series 2015 is a new series to GTPlanet.

There will be a 10-race endurance calendar and 4 cars that have been equally tested and tuned on the same three circuits on the same compounds of tyres.

This is a serie created by @NinjaEvo and @1996mikey2412 with the purpose of creating a positive but competitive atmosphere to ensure the racing is fun but fair.

lol yeah confusing

Basically the race is on the last day (or 2) but during the week there will be rooms open for qualifying and practice

I see everyone needs to be part of a team, so does that mean no ironman's allowed? And if GTOR is fielding a team and needs a 4th I can do that.

Thanks for the props in the Bulls vs Horses series. The last race was actually pretty exciting. I started 3rd on the grid behind a Diablo GT and F40. Diablo GT took the first corner easily but I launched better than the F40 and took P2 easily. Then somehow, on RH tires I managed to keep my 288 GTO within 10 seconds of the Diablo GT (on RM tires) until he pitted...then I assumed the lead since I had a lot of tread left. However the mandatory compound change (to SS in my case) really slowed my progress and I couldn't hold off the raging bull!

We had the GTTCC series tonight, so we'd sort it out after

We're going to field a team Saturday and sunday. Unfortunately we've decided on the GT Cup class, going with the scirocco so far

2 Notes, first the 1st Q session for the N4 race has taken place and a great effort from @Storm_SP17 and @NinjaEvo which shows they will be competitive well done guys 👍

Also after some suggestions from people, I threw this together. Don't want to do specing etc so just put it as a one make, so want to see what people think 👍
