The online was great though...
My only major problem was playing the demo which got me really pumped because the Avalanche level was sick, only for that to be the best level in the game, by a mile.
That and the main guy, goddamn speak the 🤬 up, mumbling like a d*ck...

I remember that, what a game
The online sucked, I won every game except 1, when I got taken out right at the end. It was all the idiots who went on there, just sit back, let them do their thing then boost at the endThe online was great though...

Am I the only person who remembers we did this for Season 2 at the start and it got canned after 2 rounds because it didn't work and/or it took too long?
Simple, Division 1 is selected by Season 2's championship standings, Division 2 is everyone after a certain point. Division 1 race for points, Division 2 race to be promoted to Division 1. Each week there's a 3 for 3 switch, bottom 3 of D1 for top 3 of D2...

That only works if everyone is available during both race meetings, I think it is the ideal solution but if someone got demoted to Div2 and doesn't get home from work until 6 they would never get any more points.
If that is what is wanted I would suggest it has to be on two different nights.

All room settings are made available on the OP, someone in Division 2 sets a room up, other competitors check the room settings to make sure they are happy with it. They race, saving the replays for each round. The then export the race replays to their PS3 systems, copy the replay saves to a USB flash stick, place the save files in a .zip folder and upload on here. Then the stewards can watch the races back and determine the winners... 👍

Or D2 runs with Club events, so settings are correct and the result publicly visible. The only problem is there has to be 3 events set up per round...

Or not since most of the stewards are in D1 which would mean we can't run simultaneously.

Guys, it's difficult to find a solution that will make everyone happy. I wouldn't like to say just Pre-Q and then those knocked out don't get to race, seems really unfair to me.
Running rooms on a different day I also don't think will help, not everyone can make another exact day and that's two chaotic days a week
The promotion from divisions is a good idea, but the main problem is those who miss a round due to work etc. That means they have to miss that week, 0 points, and next week will get 0 points as they are in the 2nd division. Yes that's their drop scores, but the second is the most unfortunate, out of their control.
My feeling so far is everyone races at the same time. Each week we have top 12 locked in. Then the rest do their Pre-Q. Those who don't get through go into an other lobby and can race. Yes ninj it didn't work, as although we had the numbers, they were AWOL, so we only had 2 in the other room. Hopefully this isn't the case this time.

errmm, its... I don't know, something isn't quite right with this either
so, If i were not a locked in driver, and lost the pre-Q race, I'd be participating in D2 room, for a different championship, which I can win, but it'll be inconsistent, meaning, I may end up doing 4 rounds in D2 and rest in D1, my points would be all over the place,
those unlucky moments where you go off cus of someone else's error can mess up the chances of winning pre-Q

what if...what if...
we stick to the current D1 and D2 but run both rooms at the same time,
then the following week, you can move drivers around who are closely matched in point from D1 to D2 and D2 to D1
e.g.
people who Finnish:
1,3,5,6,8,9,11,13,15 in both rooms swap rooms for the following week and have this happen every week
aim to have the same number of people in each room each week, if not a position doesn't turn up, e.g. who finnished 7th the previous week, then don't make the swap
there is an algorithm that can make this work

I'm not sure as different cars are better at different tracks we should stick with pro\am with promo & relegation @ the end of season.
All above suggestions could punish season 1&2 loyal drivers. If you want to race in pro you should earn the right by winning am
