My lot:
In goal is David "Calamity" James. Manchester City have a home game this week against a very dull Fulham side. I'm expecting a shut-out.
In defence we have Emerson Thome (Bolton at home to Charlton, who have striker issues right now), Olaf Mellberg (Villa at home to Southampton, who have all sorts of issues. Mellberg is also Villa's penalty taker) and Ashley Cole (Everton are dropping like stones - even if it is an away game for Arsenal).
The midfield is Jay-Jay Okocha (should shine in front of his own fans against a weak Charlton side), Kerimoglu Tugay (Blackburn are decidedly ropey, but Tugay gets forwards a lot and they're at home to West Brom), Thomas Helveg (Norwich at home to Palace in the battle of the new boys) and Robin van Persie (6.04 can't be argued with, especially after the Chastity Shield last weekend).
The strike force is Juan Pablo Angel (who took up scoring for fun towards the end of last year and is part of a revitalised Villa), Matija Kezman (hopefully Manchester United, away at Chelsea, will crumble like they did in the aforementioned Shield - and Mourinho will take round one of this year's big "psyche" war) and the star of the show... Reyes. Player of the season this year, mark my words.
I've gone for the "pick for the week" tactic. If Chelski weren't playing Manchester United, I might have more players from either team, but I've gone for mainly home players against weak/promoted sides. In fact, only three of my team will be away this week - all at Everton.
My favourites to go down are Everton, Fulham and Crystal Palace, with WBA, Charton, Norwich and Southampton in close attendance.
