Not that I know of, I don't remember bidding on anyone else. How can I check?

If you go into the tranfer section then where the drop down menu is for "selection" there's an option for "bids made", ckick that then search without filtering anything else and it will tell you what players you have bids on that are currently for sale.

Nope, I haven't bid for any players. Just did a search for some players and found an awesome bargain. The 'Place Bid' button is greyed out and i have 5 times the amount of money entered. Is there a transfer window or something?

No, I do know your problem though, I've just checked your team page and you have the maximum sized squad the game allows, which is 20. So you need to sell or sack a player you don't want someone with a low skill that's older preferably over 32 (like Stuart Worthington, though Neil Minton doesn't seem like he's worth too much or ever will be either) before you can bring someone new in. Also while you have 20 in your squad you will not get opportunities to bring youth team players up into the first team.

I don't see an option to sack, just sell, and that takes time.

The option to sack is on the players individual page (where you order the form training) and it is at the bottom, underneath the players merits, for some reason it's greyed out on a couple of my players but it's there on most.

One of my players is only worth 24,000

One of my players did have zero form until today. He's up to 2, I don't tihnk I'll be keeping him for long though, he has 6 skill rating but he's 33 and if I keep him with his current for he's likely to be a 5 rating next season when he'll be 34 so I don't see much point.

It should tell you the bidding deadline on the players bidding page, you'll find out a few hours after the deadline has passed.

It'll 11pm probably, that's usually when the bids have closed on players I've put in for, then I've found out the following day.

But some of the teams at the top have a game in hand, so it may not make much difference.

Yeah, you've just doubled the number of goals you've conceeded. I've got one hell of a goal scoring record this season, you've got one hell of a defensive record though with that said, I've only conceeded 4 goals myself. I see the make or break games of the season for us being the two games we play each other.

you get a chance to top the table next round, my team arn't in the next fixture list. Which I'm actually glad about, one of my key players has been injured and is out until the 12th, which means he'll only miss the one game instead of two. The game after that is South Manchester FC vs Waldermar Wonderers.

Well, I've just come home from a weeks holiday and found myself as the current manager of the GTP xpert11 team, with a handful of my players in there too - not a bad effort if I do say so myself. However, I also suffered an injury to one of the only 2 players I can't replace.

Dan Vimes doesn't seem to be anything more than average, you've got better players than him in your squad. You've got 4 other mid-fielders who I'd rate as better than him overall or as having more potential than him.
