I've set up a couple of week long time trials in my Club (Geezers, Geezlings & Goslings) events section. Join my club if you want to take part. Any club member can open a room to run the TTs, I don't have to be there to open 1.

Good luck & have fun. 👍

Thanks Papa for invitation. What's your id.
I'm still suffering jetlag and weather change from Hawaii sun and warm weather back to cold, dark and windy weather.
So I have only driven tt'and other events to collect all money available. I have sometimes tried to find Geezer room,
never been open when I have looked? So please send me messages.
And congrats to all English friends of Hamilton's Championship, which was really earned.

Geezer Challenge.

I wish I'd thought of this earlier, there's less than 30 hours to go.

Try the Intermediate Seasonal on Daytona against the Ferrari 430 as the rabbit, using the Caterham.

So far, my best effort has been 2nd place less than a second behind the 430.

It's within reach for me, but only just.

EDIT:-

The reason this challenge is interesting is that the Caterham has the aerodynamics of a birdcage, and the legs of a dachshund.

Still no success despite lots of tuning and drafting.

Well @SCClockDr i just lové the note. Wishing all my geezer friends a happy thanksgiving. Please note that if Thursday November 27th is not a holiday in your country or continent, please enjoy your Thursday.
NOTE:

The best way to invite a new prospect is to PM me here on GTPlanet and ask them to friend SCClockDR-GT5 in game.

Then I can match your offer to the friend request. If no match, I'll friend them from SCClockDr29379 so random FR's get properly screened.

I was trying to find some online driving, but seems that I need specific step by step instructions to get in!
Geezer Club was ok with id and same thing was Gtplanet club, but what I should know more? Same thing
with Stewy.

I need to get a headset. Sorry i was not too social today i had workers in the house
Thinking of getting a headset and this came to mind. When using a headset do you mute the volume coming out of your speakers? With no volume the buttkicker wouldn't work. Can you leave the volume on? If you left volume on would it interfere with the headset sound? GT-6 is the only game I play if that makes a difference.

I am currently using the PS3 Pulse headset with speaker sound sourced through the HDMI to the Monitor > speaker out to a pair of Logitech amplified speakers. When the headset is on the speakers are muted.

With my After Glow Headset the headphone sound source was the same speaker out that the PULSE mutes but was supplied via the Component audio vs HDMI, so it is dependent on the headset and your audio settings.

I did set my audio to produce sound through both HDMI and Component when I was using the After Glow setup.

I got the PS Gold.. its ok, it mutes the speakers on my sound system. Everything coming out of HDMI except the headset which has a bluetooth? sending unit. An ok choice but a bit hard to balance game sounds/chat

Try this mots. You must join my club first because it's private (Stewy's is public), click on the event & then you must create a room by clicking on the green orb. Hope this helps.[/QUOTE]im in the lobby in thhe mornings

May I ask how the optical cable is used? How is the sound routed to your head set from the PS3?
On my Turtle Beach Stealth 500P, they provide a short optical cable that goes from the optical port in the back of the PS3 and plugs into the side of the USB Bluetooth transceiver, so it's all wireless to the headset. The instructions were very clear on how to do the audio setup on a PS3 and a PS4.

The unit has a mixer the size of a hockey puck. One end connects to the ps3 and the other to the headset. A usb plug powers the thing, a provided optical cable connects from the back of the ps3 to the mixer. I taped the provided optical cable to the usb main. The unit is universal for wii, xbox, and ps3 and 4. The sound is rich and the crashing sounds are deep and rumbley. It enhances the whole experience to me.

Thank you sir!

Spent Sat nite assisting @waukazoo & @geezer1791 do some preliminary No-Tune 425-440PP cars at Suzuka. Looks to be a fun event @waukazoo is putting together. I pray I'm well connected to the net for that one when it happens.

To GTP-Geezer Club members please feel free to use the club lobby to host rooms weather for testing or racing. It seems the server selection is a bit better meaning fewer connection issues.

If you have an event in mind please convey the info to me and I'll set it up. Provided I can make a good connection, so allow lead time please.

That is what i do weekdays in the morning. I have a strong connection with good bandwith .

Thanks to all the Geezers & friends who took the time to take part in my club events.

I've created 2 more for the Hudson on snow & dirt. @mots suggested doing some for the Volvo Estate Wagon. 👍 It could be fun or a disaster. I'll let you know. :gtpflag:

Every time I try and join GG&G, I get the "Failed" message. My other 7 club choices were easy to join with no problems. I can make it a Favorite, but can't play. Do I need an invite to get in?
