Greetings all -
I would like to join your esteemed Club if you have room for another "experienced" GT shoe.:D

Its taken me 60 years to reach your minimum age requirements, but since today is my birthday, I've finally tallied 21,915 days and crossed the cherished threshold!:)

This morning, the PSN was nice enough to send me a present, so I am now the proud owner of a 1948 Mario Andretti Hudson!:)

For GT6 time trialing my PSN is: GTsail2
For on-line racing, I sometimes use my second PSN of: GTsail9

Thanks:cheers:

GTsail, happy birthday, and it's good to see that you have Geezer priorities, and wasted no time getting this post done! Welcome to maturity! Or immaturity as the case may be.

Happy birthday! and welcome!!
My 64th was Sunday and I received a 1942 Volkswagon Schwimmwagon from PS.
Look forward to racing with you.

Thanks for the welcome everyone!:)

Which PSN ID do you prefer so I can send an FR ?

I actually have five GT6 games in various states of completion progress.:dopey:

Each one gets used for different purposes, however over time the distinction gets blurred.

However, for GT6 time trialing I've been generally using GTsail2.

I don't race on-line much, but when I do, I've been using GTsail9 (which has more cars)

So either profile/ID works.

Thanks:cheers:

With so many geezers now, my friend list is almost full.

How about you sending us FRs from your favourite account ? Mine's PapaGnr

Yeah, the Friend list limit is a pain!:ouch:

I just checked, and my GTsail9 game is further from the FR limit, so I have sent you a friend request from there.

I have also sent a FR to @Old_Geezzer

See you on the tracks!

Now if this had been the Half Centenarian and Over Club, I'd have been in!

I've double checked my birth certificate and I'm still just a little under the required age limit, so unfortunately I cant join your exclusive club. However all the best and good luck with it anyway.
I don't suppose there are any honorary memberships going?

If anyone did want to send a friend request (PSN: IfAndOr) to a nearly geezer, who's expecting a Jaguar E-type for their birthday car (that's all I ever got in GT5), you'd be most welcome. 👍
I'd like a ghost line to chase, or someone to race. (I am a poet, but didn't know it)

(@geezer1791 - I thought you were 223 years old for awhile there!):P

Anyway here's a picture of what I assume you Geezers will be driving - and after you've driven it. :mischievous:

You guys might have wondered what happened to me.... anyway, still here and racing, hoping to race with you soon. Any advice on how to find your races online???
Cheers, Mustangxr

Great racing - Old boy out of gas while pushing Stewey to the limit on the back straight and sixty up on top of Karter round the last turn. Midrace with Macdog and Rock. Great job Clock Dr., with plenty views of the action.

P Mallard

I don't know what karter thought, but I thought that last lap was an absolute blast. That's why I like racing with you guys so much.
Thank you so much Clock Dr. for capturing that action and all the action of that race. An awesome job.

Just in case you were thinking that shopping channels are a good source of reliable information, please think again.

Is it just me or do you think that the US education system is totally broken?

No wonder that such a huge number of us could think that this planet is just a few thousand years old!

I am the proud new owner of a '58 Subaru.

I'm really liking the Expert level Seasonal in the dirt. :) 300 grand with 200 % login for about 6 minutes. 👍

1 of the best Seasonals yet, so I decided to put my Tuff truck to work.

Agreed!! I'm on my way back! For me, the best so far is the Audi Rally car. Interior #1 view when in 3rd place. Another couple of wins and I'll have paid for this beast!

EDIT: I grew up where roads were this color, and the smell of the dust comes back to me every time I drive this track

Me too Possum,, 22 miles NW of Willow Springs, MO. In the 50's (40's I don't remember) the pavement quit about 3 miles out of town, the "main" hiway was a gravel road,, we turned off that 17 miles out and traveled a dirt road the last 5 miles to Grandpa and Grandma's little 80 acre farm nestled in the Ozark mountains. Yes, driving the Toscana dirt track seasonal as we work our way from behind and pass the contenders, you can almost smell the dust and Yes, it does bring back fond memories. Left their farm when I was 16, have never been back.

OK, some goals achieved. Take the lead from another Audi before the last lap, finish in under 6 minutes, and accumulate 20+ million in the bank. Feeling good! I know all you guys never take more than 6 minutes, but what the heck.

Now I have a problem. 20 million burning a hole in my pocket.

Already have one of the six 20M cars, the Jag Chrome Line.

As I coughed up dust in the Seasonal, I was thinking about acquiring the Ferrari 330 P4 '67

Then I figured, "ask the Geezers first"! What would you do with the 20M credits?
