That is an awesome car 👍👍👍

A BMW 850i would be cool.:)

Only if you like pain. After talking to some of the guys that do the work on my old man's 740, getting a 750/850 is NOT a clever idea, unless you have quite a sizeable amount of money to throw at it. They're not the most reliable cars around, and when things go wrong, they cost a LOT to fix. Stay well away from the V12 apparently.

Don't sell the Supra, man! With the next Supra actually becoming a bigger possibility, the price for your's is going to raise even more. There are going to be a lot of people who will start trying to collect the older models. Keep it, & cherish that sucker.👍

I mislead you man. I don't have a Supra, I have an RX7. Sorry about that. I don't think I would sell a Supra if I had one, they seem to be escalating so much in value.

That's still fine, then. A RX-7 can always be just as nice. :)

Pics of the Porsche after 2 hours washing/polishing yesterday...

My car is a clio 1.6 16v RSi with the 110bhp engine. She's totally standard and not a bad performer for a small 'city' type car, it's been a good car to own.
This model weighs roughly 1000kg so it effectively 110bhp per ton.

The bonnet is painted alloy so very light (it's actually lighter than the after-market Carbon Fiber ones you can buy for the MK2 ph1 clio) and so is the boot. The front wings are made from plastic and the body work is typically French so I wouldn't be shocked if I found out it is made from metal that is thinner than the layer of paint as I have to be careful when washing it the panels dent so easily!

Considering the mileage it's in pretty good shape.

Interior is not as nice as the RS172, which has suede and leather, this is cloth and leather.

On the way to the coast!.... I may have put my foot down on this straight.

A little model of it too!

Craked ABS sensor rings! The bane of clio ownership, requiring two new drive shafts at £350 plus labor to sort out!

If I was going to buy again I probably would have bought something more economical to run about in and save some cash until I can afford to buy (and run) a Clio v6.

It handles ok for a FWD. Under throttle it grips nicely, you have to be pushing it quite hard to under-steer, but I spend money on descent tyres.

The car I had before this was an MX5, so when I bought the Clio it had a lot to live up to handling wise, honestly though, the MX5 handled better it just wasn't as quick and didnt have enough room to carry stuff. I would say that the MX5 is one of the best handling cars you can buy for what you pay.

If you want a great handling fwd car, one of the best to go for is an early clio wiliams 1 or 2 with the 2.0 16v (no sunroof on this model, so no leaks!) or a MK2 Ph1 RS172 with H&R coilovers. Both look fantastic and go really well.

Dude, that's sick little car. I prefer cloth interior actually, screw leather. It's too slippery.

My car is a:
1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera 4 door SL Sedan. It has a 3.3L V6 engine with multiport fuel injection. it generates a wimpy 160 hp, and gets like 18 mpg. it has a 4 speed automatic tranny, although if i were to race it stock in GT it would only need 3, since it only goes 115 mph tops. in 3rd gear at like 4500 rpm, which is 1000 shy of the redline.

Ane hell yeah i'd want it in GT.

Sounds like a cool enough car to me.👍 Any pics?

That's in really nice nick, I've always liked the mk2 phase 1 Clios. I actually prefer the looks of the RSi to the 172, but the Mk2 Ph2 Clio Cup was my favourite looking one.

Can't imagine the fuel economy is too bad is it? Unless you really do thrash it everywhere. At normal speeds you should be barely needing to use the engine in a car that light, the torque at lower revs should be enough to pull you along economically.

A 1998 Ford Escort ZX2 "Cool Automatic"

I have other photos as well!

@ Holden Mine is 10 years old, I have had it for 8 years, it has close to 143,000 miles on it and it has never been to a dealer for any stupid recalls. Runs great, its a slush box but I can live with that especially with 26-27 mpgs in the city, and 30-32 (seen 33 before) on the highway. The car drives great for a car that's 10 years old. I cannot see any reason to buy a new car right now when the one I have has been so good to me! :sly: :dopey: *goes knock on some wood* --- Randy

Cool, good to hear it is at least reliable.👍

I haven't posted a picture of my new car here yet.

It's a 2007 MINI Cooper, and it has bonnet stripes they just aren't on there yet.

It's great on gas, about 40mpg, handles great and is very fun to drive.
