I've used auto my entire GT career. Now I am switching to MT. Why? Because I can't seem to beat my auto times anymore (while using auto). Hopefully MT will strenghten my times.

Did a 2 hour session tonight and I jumped from 206 place to 89th place in WORLD ranking 
Current 6th place in nordic ranking
My times are now;
1.48.532 normal car
1.36.216 tuned car
3.24.748 total time
I learn something every lap so I really dont know how much I have left, but pretty happy with these times for now. I cant go to nordic final if I qualify anyway

I improved my overall time by a few tenths and am now 6th in the world wide rankings, and P1 in the USA for now.
Stock Z - 1'47.908
Tuned Z - 1'35.829
Total - 3'23.737
I'm going to keep pushing hard as I really want to break the 3'23.5 barrier 👍

Outstanding mate:tup: I also want to push as hard as I can to try and reach the 2'23.000 barrier, its amazing that the more hours you dedicate to the demo, the more possibilities and ideas materialize on how you can become faster, I now have each combo glued to the back of my head, and both laps are far from where I want to end up with come deadline:tup:

You are driving the right way as you would in real life, that's why you are slow.
To go fast in this demo, you have to throw the car in turns with great speed.
Try to imagine that is a rubber band tight in your car and the center of any corner, break early or even not break at all and aplly little throttle for the rubber band to take you to the apex of the corner.
This is how realistic is the demo.

Had another long session (almost 3 hours) in the normal car this morning chasing Dan's ghost from the replay he posted a few days ago. Managed to knock almost .2 off my previous best and jump back in to the top 10 in the UK overall.
Tuned 1'36.381
Normal 1'48.328
Total 3'24.709
The standard is improving everyday though... yesterday morning my tuned time was 7th, now it's 13th, at least .2-.3 off where it needs to be just to remian competitive. And even if I improve it by .3 I'll only move up to 4th overall. I'd like to think I could get in the 23's, but realistically for my talent level, a low 24 would be good.
For all but the aliens, it's going to take a lot of hard work to stay in the top 20!

Well many different driving style can be fast, I have a quite conservative driving style, not throwing the car around. And If I just link it together it will be plenty fast

So you have learned to “throw your car in with great speed“ in a racing scool? Look at the f1 drivers, plenty of different lines and driving styles.
