I think this Demo expires somewhere around a month or so after the competition ends, but I'm not sure what that means or if that is accurate. I hope they let us continue, or maybe even give an updated track and make a new competition since they pushed the release date back. Wishful thinking.
 
made a slight improve with both cars yesterday...
red beast: 1:50:9XX
black beauty: 1:38:500
Place 642 total in Germany...
not too bad with pad and amateur skill..LOL

It's funny that my normal car time is still on the scandinavic board.
But my tuned time is totalled off the board. :lol:

Sixaxis controls:
left analog stick for steering
X for acceleration
[] for braking
L2/R2 for gears

My gooood that pad icon looks downright atrocious in IE. Fixed - perhaps that might entice you to keep on trying? :cheers:

That said, I'm inclined to think there's no such a thing as a personal limit unless you believe one to exist, and that there'll always be improvement as long as you keep on working on it. 👍

Cracked 1:50 on the Normal Z and about time! It wasn't a good lap either. I have plenty in me on both cars, so I just might crack the top 100! :drool:
At least I beat Kaz on the Tuned Z, and not far off the normal one :)

Another productive day, chasing Kaz's Normal Z ghost. I can actually beat him in some sectors, except the last one...
Switched to the Tuned Z for a few laps, and it feels really arcadey!!!
 
Managed to stay half a car length in front of DHolland's ghost right up untill turn 10,where i got a bit too much wheelspin and let his ghost pop out in front of me :banghead: Crossed the line with a 1'35.771 👍 Tuned Car

I totally suck at this, I feel like spamming here with everyone posting 3'23 times.
But I lost the most time at corners 6 and 7, can anyone help.

Finnaly improved my normal car time. 1'49.026 now it was a 1'49.258. Not to bad for an our drive. There is defently some time left 0.250 should be possible. But I am pretty pleased for today :D:D.

After not improving my time for over 2 weeks I was down to 2nd in Belgium, so I had another go with the tuned Z yesterday, but didn't improve.
Have another go today, but was constantly doing 36.3, 36.2, not really the pace I had before. Then suddenly out of nowhere I did a 1'35.826 :D.

These are my times now:

Tuned: 1'35.826
Stock: 1'48.105
Total: 3'23.931

Very happy with my laptime with the tuned, so I'll get back to the stock now. The fastest time in belgium with that car is now 1'47.936, so I have some catching up to do.

Excellent lap Stijn, well done. I've been trying for the last two days to break through the 36 barrier, I've been stuck on 1'36.004 for about a week now.

Finally think I cracked it today, was constantly running 1'36.0s off different splits, the most notable improvement being 48.1xx four times at T2 (.2 was previous best).

The best I managed was...yep...1'36.004 :lol:

I swear, if I don't laugh about it I'll cry about it :P

Thanks maz. Was close to a .8 when I did my previous lap, so it was coming anyway :).
I'm sure you'll get into the 35's soon. If you've done 48.1's, it's just a matter of having a good 3rd sector and final turn. You'll get there, I know you will 👍

Still only good enough for 20th in the UK with a 3'23.986!!

Ran some laps in the tuned yesterday, went from a .818 to .802 to .777, Ran the normal car for a bit this afternoon and went from .47.950 to .934, Small improvement, but I'll take it. :D
