I wasn't going to mention anything about it until Crazy opened his mouth and started his usual BS. After that, I lost it. I'm tired and had no patience for people like him.

If it was up to me, we'd start 90 minutes later, so I can actually have a respectable amount of sleep at night after work, but I listened to you guys. You have no idea how much I sacrifice to host this. Don't ever accuse me of not listening.

I know for a fact that kartman was running max aero since I gave him my setup. I have no idea about Owens or Dragon, since I never talked to them at all this week because I was working. But I do know that they practiced for 2 hours on Thursday.

I assumed Kartman had the set up Dragon and I worked out. By his q time. I'm thinking so.

The tune we had was capable of two stops. With car very nice the entire stint. Even wear. Very sad to blow the motor on lap 1.

GJ mustard.

I went with the tune Owens and Dragon gave me in the end, It felt like a good idea to have 3 cars up at the front than 2 and one mid-pack

I dont know why there has to be so much drama.... jeez. As far as qualifying and then changing setup, maybe we should allow changing of settings for future seasons just so this kind of thing doesn't get going.

Pick me pick me oh please pick me.
Dont we need another car now that grinols has moved?

lots of drama lol. would have liked to race today but meeting Heisman Trohpy winner Ron Dayne was a bit more important :)

Not really all that much drama, just me snapping at someone who was asking for it.

kartman better switch to american football then, its in his blood!

edit: unless of course his mom is a hermaphrodite...

I'll have results up sometime tomorrow.

As you guys saw (and heard) I can get pretty grouchy and bitchy when I'm tired, so I'm sorry for letting that out.

But about the "issue," the tire noise glitch can be a really serious problem, and very distracting. I'm surprised it hasn't been brought up in a bigger light before. If people are saying that they've lost it after I reset the track for qualifying, my first instinct was to wait until quali is over and make a new room, which we've done before with no issue. Everyone's gotten into the room quickly, nobody goes into settings, etc. I have enough trust in all of you for that. My mistake was not asking if anyone else had lost it before hand. In which case, it would have been a simple matter of Dragon leaving the room and coming back.

Chqr did bring up a fair point, but it was Crazy, who as a lot of people here know has a tendency to intentionally cause trouble and blow things out of proportion who set me off. Stressful week at work + very little sleep + a known BSer basically calling me and my team cheats = what happened.

The issue of RedPartyhat firing the points leader because he tried to win a race, trying to shop him to my team and split us up, and me basically having to tell Furi of all people to take him on wasn't helping either.

I did not know about that bit... I thought it was just because he didn't hold position at SSRX.

And Mule, I am a team owner like every other owner, I know you don't seem to like me, but I still own a team.

I agree with RPH, he was definitely firing the championship leader and trying to get him in another team to break them up, definitely :P

Really disappointed to see team owners handbags over this on the thread! This is solid PM territory.... but yeah, exactly as reported. :grumpy:

Agreed, this should have all stayed behind closed doors.

I still don't understand what's going on but it sounds pretty pathetic from what I can garner.

Furi, that's for sure. Now back to touring cars in the rain at Rockingham. That's serious!

Yep, looks like the grid is all shook up as well. Should make for good entertainment. 👍

Just to complete this argument, Carb was seconds away from firing me for not being a team player in a similar situation to Grinols and RPH.

Okay, clearly I can't do anything right this weekend. I'll shut up now.

Well the nurburgring D should be a welcomed change from the crazy pushing, teamwork & setup strategy. I'd love to race the nordschleife though!
