Online testing is recommended since offline provides you with more grip due to messed up physics. (I don't know how big a difference it is). Also, akmuq, you still need to send me a frind request over PSN, or so I believe

Let me think? NO. Just lapping other cars is hard enough. Overtaking is harder. hen avoiding people driving backwards. I mean, I can't think of where you would get such a stupid idea

Sorry couldn't make it to today's practice race would have been close racing at Autumn Ring due to the track being so short but should be able to make it to tomorrows pre-season race at Eiger Trail W now.

To be fair it's not the Evo, it's the setup. With the default setup I can only do 1:04/1:05's which is te same as you. But me, golfer and imfaster were all using that same setup and that's why we were so quick. Not exactly our fault if we have a great setup on the car. You need to get yours tuned to match

Is the key to the setup the changing the individual gearing or is it suspension related? I saved off the replay of first race but not checked it yet to see if your 2nd gear was set as low as imfaster seemed to be on Chamonix West the other night where he was about 8 seconds faster than us doing 2.03s against your 2.10s and my 2.12s. I just had my gearing set to best acceleration and did seem like alot of time was lost on limiter between 2nd and 3rd gear on corner exit. Maybe lower 2nd gear to almost first and slightly lowering second might help get better acceleration on corner exit.

Yeah mu756 and me had quite a good fight for position he was definitely more consistent and faster but track is really difficult to pass on so was able to hold onto 4th until about the half way point of first race when there were two back markers sitting in middle of turn one.

Think best lap was a high 1.04.8 but most laps were mid to low 1.05s

I will be trying a long gear ratio tomorrow however me and Jamm had a transmission set up developed by myself, not imfast (the rest was) and the suspension settings helped too. We both ran high acceleration gearing. I feel that while me and Jamm required more gear changes (and I have a manual), we were faster when it was done right.


Also, imfast hated heat 2 and the ramming fest so much, he pulled out the series. Reverse grid order clearly doesnt work at Eiger. I will do some testing during the week to sort out a new system.

I think it is dead. Pre-season caused most people to leave the series then race 1 was a 5 car race and I, the host, suffered a power cut and then I pulled the plug. I will start a series again in the new year after all the major gaming releases are over

Hey guys, looks like a great series, only thing is the time is awful for me. If there happens to be a sunday where I can participate I would love to get in on this. I am running the RM Integra series on sunday(which already has the lady a bit upset, she will get over it 👍 ) Anyway, put me down as a reserve just in case I can make it on any given weekend.
