GTP United Sports Car Championship | Season 6 | Series Finished!Finished

Yeah they tweaked MR handling in the latest update apparently.. I wouldn't know since I have been running around in FF's exclusively in recent weeks :D.

When I get home from Perth, I'll buy the Deltawing and start tuning and practicing if I can compete in the P class.

I'm last seasons NAEC Champion (though the main reason I won was due to me being the only one who participate in 2 or more of the races :P).

Like with the Nissan R390 DP my Deltawing P will be working under a Lexus engine*
*Yes, I know you can't change engines but I like to use my imagination :P.

Actually, judging by its performance in the ALMS last season, I think Char-Broil or Duraflame are the only 2 choices for the engine.

Well then, I guess, I'll take the Duraflame engine but brand it as a Lexus :sly:. (Like how the Lotus T128 used a Judd engine but under the name, Praga).

Alright guys, some specs

P: delta wing (stock hp/weight. You can adjust suspension and downforce freely)

GT:

Audi: 440 HP, 1300 KG
BMW: 440 HP, 1300 KG
Mercades: 440 HP, 1350 KG
Nissan: 490 HP, 1350 KG

So a good start point. Hopefully the changes are minimal, but do try these out :)

I've tried the Audi at 430 bhp and 1250 kg, was getting 1:49's at Daytona, although a 1:47 sounds familiar. I'm not sure what it is, but the car seems to understeer on the high speed corners when I'm on the gas.

Will do 👍

Any word on what aids will be allowed (apart from ABS)?

Also, there is no 2011 Delta Wing. Only 2012 and 2013.

I also think simply for the sake of variety both Delta wings should at least be permitted, even if the 2012 is a bit slower.

I have driven the 2013 quite a bit, logged about half the miles on the 2012 as the 2013. They handle in a pretty similar manner. The 2013 just has more power, more top speed, and is maybe a little bit harder to handle on the slow corners. The 2012 needs a power boost to reach the 2013's 361 default hp.

I am wondering polar, if you want to ban the turbo upgrades on the Delta Wing or not? If you ran both of them at the same power I imagine it would be within 0.4 sec or so per lap between both cars. Simply for the sake of having some different colors out on track instead of the communist style uniform livery would be nice.

Thats a cool idea. Shall we see if the two delta wings are equal at the same spec this weekend?
