GTP United Sports Car Championship | Season 6 | Series Finished!Finished

Been hearing a lot about the MR cars being improved. From the driving I did with the Audi prior to the update, It just seemed evil under the brakes and on acceleration and this was using the exact same finesse I did on GT5 with similar MR cars. Felt like just thinking about the brakes or the corner would get you killed with this car. Definitely interested in feeling the difference tomorrow.

Polar said a few pages back that we no longer our name, since PD changed the online I.D. back to your PSN/SCE account.
Do you know if the Delta Wing drives any different after the update? Haven't tried it. Gotta get on today. If its more stable I'll have to change my settings around again. :banghead:

I've decided that I want to join the P class. I'll just need to buy the Deltawing (have enough money) when I get home from Perth.

The seasonals they have up currently 2 of them give you 6mil each with the 200% bonus I believe. DW is 2mil so shouldn't be that hard.

Yeah one time only but it's a decent amount aslong as you have the 200% login bonus, which atm I don't so haven't done them yet :P.

Bought a Deltawing earlier (the 2012 one). It wasn't actually hard to drive as it was to throw away the conventional wisdom of driving. In geometry terms, normally your sense of driving a car is as a rectangle with the four corners. With this, you're essentially driving a triangle so the front corners is actually one corner.

I have done a few seasonals, but I have been spending more of my time powering through all the races of International-B and, more recently, tuning the Audi R8 LMS. Spending time with my girlfriend takes priority over gaming, so my login bonus has dropped a bit. If I can get through I-Bs races and hit a 200% bonus, I'll try some of the seasonals.

I've been running a few laps with the DW on Le Mans. It's pretty fast for a 365 HP machine, though that's probably because of the weight. You have to be very delicate with it, throttle and steering. Too much and you'll spin out. Brakes are very responsive. Rear-view mirror is so large I won't need to look back.

Or you'll just be fast enough to not need to look back to see what isn't behind you...

...Although, in my case, you could also be far enough behind (last place,) too.

I'll check out new DeltaWing come tomorrow, right after I get out of my 7 1/2 hours in land of the dumb.

Alright guys, there has been some confusion here and I'll try to fix it up :)

I don't need the gt6 names, ill edit those out of the OP.

Delta wing spec is stock. Suspension and stuff you can adjust.

Gt3 cars will have about 430 HP and roughly stock weight. Will have these specs by the end of the weekend :)

Hopefully this clarified some stuff!

You can almost get 1,000 hp with GT-R.

Also, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG will have its way with everything in sight unless it gets a bit of extra weight.

The Audi is so much easier to handle than before. That's INCLUDING the decrease in front suspension by a fraction, just to test the car a little more on the way it acts under deceleration cornering. Not as uncomfortable on the bus stop, but I can attack a little easier...
