As far as I know , the coupons are/work exactly same as the one you can pay for in GT Auto.

I did the engine overhaul using a coupon and the car basicly got oilchange + few lost horses , but no mileage reset.

A Car Restoration Ticket x5 comes with the latest dlc. I have not used any yet but description does say:
"Restores your current car to its original state. Equipped tuning parts, wheels, paint etc. will not be lost"

From the description I don't think this will remove body rigidity.

^Don't. I just tried the 'car restoration ticket'. It just removed the miles from the car (I need to break it in again), but not the chassis reinforcement.

I was already trying it, so here's the details:
I just 'restored' my fully loaded (absolutely everything added) SLS AMG '10, and all it 'restored' was the original paint, and wheels. Milage was reset to '0', but nothing else changed (engine is back to 'stock' form and needs to be broken in).
All parts are still there, as are all settings.
This does not create a '0/0' car, as the times changed, and wins are unchanged as well.

Note if any of you want to run the online races this week, but don't want to submit your time trial lap times officially to the WRS you are welcome to still race with us.

If you want to be seeded properly you must PM me your lap time prior to the deadline (11:59 GMT Monday).

If you don't submit at all you're still welcome to race on Wednesday, but you'll start in the back and run in lounge B if there is a split. You cannot race in the special event unless you submit either officially via WRS or to me via PM before the deadline.

Just a follow up note guys. You do not have to send me your time trial lap time unless you don't plan to officially submit to the WRS time trial event. I can pull all the times from the results post when it comes out later today.

Please DO send me your lap time however if you are not officially submitting and it will apply to both the wednesday races and the saturday special event (if applicable).

Sorry about that. We'll do some test races tomorrow. Somehow I don't think you'll have too many problems and if you lack online practice maybe some of the rest of us have a chance to hang with you.

Note to All: I've got the lounge (GTP_3D3Racing) open now to Fuji specs. I have to be away for a bit so I'm just in the lobby, but will be doing some laps later. Feel free to pop in.

Those numbers are actually better. 👍 Means NA can fit in one room and EU can split 8/8. Would be nice to have 3-4 more in EU so we could go 10/10, but otherwise it works fine. I'm also running just EU this week.

I've updated the registration post to reflect the starting order / room assignments. They are currently using splits online which are unofficial, but will update as soon as the official results come out.

EDIT: The starting grids/order are now official... pending new sign ups of course, but the times themselves are official.

Practice Times: I'm seeing 1'51.2 on full tank and 1'50.8 after a pit at 3/4 tank.

For once nobody behind me passed me in T3. In my second best lap I was 2 tenths ahead but a bad T3. Didn't put it all together like Marc this week. Hopefully I get my revenge online.

I said this on the mic last night, but I'll echo it here: I like the way this car drives in stock form, better than the tuned offline version that we ran for the WRS TT.

In that case you get to host the EU race in GTP_3D3_B. With Lucas shifting to the EU slot it looks like NA will be one lounge with 12 drivers. That makes things easy enough.

Reminder: Pre-race practice on Wednesday for EU will take place in the main lounge (GTP_3D3Racing). Free run has no problems with 16 drivers so we can all congregate there. Just before the race starts we'll all together review the rolling start procedures. After that review Speedy will jump over to the GTP_3D3_B lounge and drivers racing in B can head over a couple minutes later.

Read the part in the details post about the rolling start. The key parts

1. Park/reform in order at the end of the straight before turn 1
2. Once all are reformed the leader will start the formation lap
3. Spread out a little and run first two sectors in gear 3
4. In the final sector stay in gear 2 and close ranks
5. When the leader clears the final turn he should slow significantly... low gear 2 and let the pack compress further
6. Each car should be within one-two car lengths of the car in front at this point
7. Then the leader should accelerate to max out gear 2, but cannot shift into gear 3
8. When the leader crosses the timing line and the lap counter switches to 2 he can shift to 3rd and begin the race
9. Other drivers should go when the car in front of you starts accelerating... you don't have to wait until the timing line, but you cannot pass before the timing line
10. Creating a gap and shifting to third early is not allowed and it will be on replay so just stay close behind and wait -- we all have the same gearing (stock) so maxing 2nd should be equal

Al, did you submit the event registration form with cancel as your region? That's how you officially remove yourself. The logs show you submitted with NA both times.

I changed the form starting next week and it's a bit more clear from the options plus reserve is now an option.

EDIT: Al, I just went ahead and submitted the cancel registration for you.

Note: We are over 16 in the EU race today, but we're still going to all congregate in the main lounge for pre-race practice so go there first. When we hit 16 drivers or with 10 minutes to go before the race Speedy will head over to setup GTP_3D3_B. Speedy will post to this thread when lounge B is ready. Until you see that message please go to the main lobby even if you are assigned to B.
