Here are the results of qualifying for the Ferrari.

Wow, I was convinced that after my 46.915 in practice that I would have to be in the 46s to stand a chance for top 2. I made a mistake in the first chicane and braked late, I think I would have done a 47.1 if i didn't looking forward to the race. Too bad the enduro is a bit too late for me Midnight on sunday for me. Good job everyone, good lap iGoFast



Edit: For the practice race today can I pop out after about an hour, I might not be able to do the whole two hours?

1 tenth rather, but that's still pretty damn close.

I would say that T-L and Mamba are probably out of reach in terms of pure speed for me, but in terms of long runs I'm pretty confident that I can hold my qualifying speed (or something very close to it) for a looong time.

Will be interesting which strategies will be employed in terms of pitstops, with the compulsory one having to be taken between minutes 60 and 90. It might be close to the very end.

We will be running the race in the same settings as sunday, 2.4hr, with rolling start procedure and 5min stop between 1 hour and 1h30 min.

Had a nice 20 lap training race with Stef, John and Manu. I was alone in the Zonda, but it was good training, and quite intresting

No problem, wathever suits you..... everybody can fill in his own schedule, or race as long as he wants to..

Had a nice practice earlier, very consistent, changed the setup a bit but it was horrible on turn in so Im going to my old setup. Given that I've done my long run I may not show up for the full training, so Im about 50% on that right now.

One thing that would be interesting to know is how the car behaves after 1.5 hours. how the fuel burns off. in the Motegi enduro I lost fuel at almost twice the rate after 1.5hours and had to make a few unplanned stops along the way which was pretty annoying.

For the support races tomorrow I am wondering... are there any guys that need to practice the driver change? are there any guys that want/need the 1 minute break for the 1 hour support race? If the answer to both is no we could just skip it for tomorrow and save us the trouble of remembering or bothering with it. We will of course keep it for Sunday no matter what.

If anyone wants it we'll keep it since it was in the rules. Marc might as he is constantly taking breaks , but he's not even registered for the support races so not sure it matters.

Don't worry about me It's not the 'real' race so if I need an extra break I'll just take it.

I think we should require pits otherwise our "formula" for making the leaders of each class come together on the last lap might get messed up.

Of course, my math skills were a bit off yesterday during the practice race so who knows if I did that right either.
